I get a negative P.I. From stretching. When I stretch I get a red line that extends all the way from the base of my penis where the turkey neck/ball sack join on all the way up to the glans. It’s runs exactly down the center of the bottom of my penis in line with the pee-hole at the top (forgive the proper lack of phrasing) although it doesn’t extend to the glans. It’s quite painful during stretching but without stretching near to this painful level I don’t feel I’m getting a proper stretch, for note when I stretch I hold the skin at the base of my penis to try and limit turkey neck. Occasionally on the days I stretch I get a slight soreness when I pee -could be due to that, could be I didn’t drink enough water on that day??

What do you think this could be?
Am I damaging my urethra or nerves down there? Is this what stretching the tendon actually feels like? (Does not feel like a stretch unless I do it to that point and flaccid hangs notably longer after enduring this). Or is it because I’m holding the base? Don’t really want o get a turkey neck, but if this practice is the cause and genuinely damaging then it’s probably not worth it. The redness stays for some considerable time after finishing my routine.

It’s quite simple. You are overdoing the tension on your penis. Stop for a few days until it has subsided, then start again with much less power.

You should not have to feel pain when exercising . It isn’t a competition. So start fairly lightly and gradually - over a period of a week or so, build up the tension until you feel the beginning of pain then drop back and continue from there.

Edit Slight streesing is of course permissble to help you increase the tension but do it carefully. All you should get is a good workout feeling.

I don’t mean to ditch your comment you may be right, I have a line down my base of my penis and it’s red but I got that naturally. However pain = bad so yes your probably overdoing it. Post a pic it may help.

I have that line on the underside. It’s like a seam (where two parts where welded/stitched together) except without the stitches obviously. It has gotten red over the years, with too much sex or masturbating. Even had a small thin scab along the whole line once or twice. It’s never been irritated from PE though.

Yeah that’s the one Cuban, only gets red from stretching though. What Petitfaun said was sensible basically just stretch until the limit you feel pain but don’t cross it cause that would be a negative PI right. Thing is I dno if the soreness comes from stretching skin or something inside. Nothing serious at the moment though.

Good advice Petite faun, guess Ill have to use my own judgment to find out where the limit is and if this turns out to be something else, cross that bridge when I come to it.
