My penis is sore from jelqing and stretching.. I’m pretty sure it isn’t an injury down there but it’s just tender.should I let it rest or warm up better and go at it? I figure since I’m new to this and I’m conditioning my penis that I should just keep going but it doesn’t hurt to ask.

A day in rest should clear the soreness up. If you think your penis can handle more, then continue. I was in your position once and I just continued. As long as it isn’t excruciating pain I would say go ahead!

If it subsides after a few min of PE\whacking it’s nothing bad

If it doesn’t take a rest day.

I’m a week in and I had the same thing after my first few sessions. I’m going 2 on, 1 off, and after the second 1 off, all seems to be okay now.

I would say lower the amount of jelqs and stretches you do next time as well. Also ensure you do a good warmup before and after.

Overtraining perhaps?? Take about 2-5days no PE, sex, masturbation. Happened to me many times and that is what I did.

2 days and one days off are the best idea to do for a newbies members !
