Sore Penis

If my penis is sore, should I take an extra rest day or continue with my newbie routine?also, when the penis is sore, can someone tell me where it is supposed to be sore?? Mine is sore near the base of the penis, and I was wondering if I was doing something wrong

No it’s ok. I have soreness near the base every day after stretching.

If you still feel a bit sore the next time you do pe, you can do a training, but take a rest day the day after your session.

If you feel your soreness is real intense, than skip one training, or you will have more chance to injure yourself and you will also be pe ineffective.
