Something I've Discovered About Ejaculation - Popping my Forum Cherry

Hi all.

I’ve been a forum member for years and have stayed hidden in the shadows without ever posting a thread - mainly because I didn’t feel I had anything of use for others. I’d first like to thank everyone here who has helped me with my PE, but that’s a different discussion.

Today I wanted to share something I have discovered with you all regarding ejaculation. Like most guys, I’ve always cum a “normal” amount and a fairly mediocre blast radius. I was always been in envy of pornstars who were able to whip up huge loads and shoot them with amazing distance. However, six months ago I injured my back while exercising and had to resort to physical therapy in an attempt to prevent surgery. It was bad at first, but thankfully I’m toward the end of a non-surgical recovery. One part of my physical therapy was to strengthen my lower back, glutes, and hamstrings with deadlifts. Not the type of deadlifts where you heave 400 pounds. These are simple, light-weight deadlifts, with very high repetitions. In most cases I didn’t lift any weight at all and just used the weight of my upper-body.

My physical therapist (PT), who is male, started out by having me do just 20-30 deadlifts per day, using no weight and being VERY cautious to use proper form. I want to stress the “proper form” part, because deadlifts can be extremely dangerous if done improperly. That said, about a month after I began doing these, along with numerous other exercises to strengthen and stretch my back, my PT told me a little trick he had learned years earlier. He told me to perform a kegal while I lifted my upper-body, and relax it on the way down. He specifically said it would not do anything to help my back, but it was an excellent way to strengthen and tone my pelvic muscle. He said that he had been doing it for years and had noticed some slight gains in his erect penis size. The main benefit he saw was that after time he was generating much larger ejaculation volume and it would come blasting out rather than dribbling. In discussing this with him, he wasn’t exactly sure why this occurred, but had a theory that it was because his pelvic muscle had become stronger and was squeezing his prostate much more during orgasm. Being very interested, I began taking his advice.

Today, I’m up to 10 sets of 30 body-weight deadlifts per day, and I can tell you all.. It worked. I am now ejaculating at least twice the volume of what I did prior to beginning this routine, I have much more intense orgasms, and I absolutely notice an improvement in my erectile quality. But, the main difference I’ve noticed - ejaculation distance. I’m now shooting well over 3 feet (1 meter) every time. In some cases, it has been 5-6 feet (2 meters), and with stunning power. Having experienced this, I do agree with his theory because my loads consist of much more semen than before. My ejaculate used to be all white (sperm) with very little clear (semen). Now it consists of about 75% clear, and about 25% white.

If you consider doing this, please research two things. 1) Proper deadlift form. And 2), proper kegal technique. The second is just as important as the first. Kegals should be done by flexing your pelvic muscle, meaning it’s not squeezing your buttcheecks or tightening your anus. If you do them right, those things should remain relaxed (granted, squeezing the others might occur). But during a true, proper kegal, you should feel tightening between your testicles and anus.

Interesting post, I wonder what makes the combination of specifically doing a deadlift with your kegels so important. Also small correction: it is not possible to discern semen from seminal fluid by the naked eye, though that’s really nitpicking in the context.

Also when I think about deadlifts I think about these guys pulling their maximum possible huge barbells. I imagined they’re tensing all their muscles already, just to squeeze that last bit of blood out to get it to their working muscles. Guess that’s just me though. When you say “body-weight deadlifts” do you mean just going through the motions of the deadlift, or do you mean that the weight you’re lifting is equal to your body weight?

The porn reference is interesting. I’m blessed (or cursed, as my GF’s eyes complained a few times) with large loads naturally and I sometimes have to chuckle at the dribble some porn stars produce. Then again, I don’t do a 4 hour session every few days (unfortunately, haha).

From own experience, the kegal part works indeed. Not volume, but distance. I’ve been doing them way before starting PE as a means to last longer, and it had this side effect, too.

This is a very interesting thread, and I can see why doing kegels while dead lifting could help increase orgasm intensity and distance. I think the volume portion might be due to the increase in sensation you get with a harder erection. The more aroused you are, typically the more spunk you shoot (i.e. edging). I’m not sure if there’s really much of a correlation with doing the kegels WITH a dead lift to increase this or if doing them together more or less reminds you to do kegels. But regardless, congrats to you! Never a bad thing to have something else positive happen while you’re trying to fix another issue. Hope that back heals nicely, sounds like you have a great PT and pretty cool that you can have “guy talk” while doing your exercises.

Actually, to be exact, I started doing the kegals in combination with the deadlifts 5 months ago. As far as other PE, I’ve been doing an off-and-on routine of stretching, jelqing with kegals, and clamping for about 4 years with modest penis size results - mainly due to lack of consistency. But the ejaculation difference came fairly quickly after starting the kegals + deadlifts.

As far as the physiology of the kegal + deadlift, I have no idea other than pure guesses. As you can tell, I’m no doctor. ;) All I can tell you is that about 2 months after I started doing them I started noticing the change in ejaculation. Then as time went on and I continued the routine, the distance and volume continued to increase. So, my logical conclusion was that my PT was correct.

Thanks! Yeah, again, I have no real explanation as to why it has worked. But I can tell you that I have been doing kegals for almost 4 years. This is the first time I’ve ever noticed a change in the way I ejaculate. All I know is I’m going to keep going with it! :)

Thank you very much, I think this phenomenon also works with Glute Bridge, L-Sit.

I think there is a correlation with pelvic muscle and Glute/Abdominals exercice.

Hmm. I do deadlifts all the time. The few times my wife made me pull out, I could get my ejaculation near her face from the hip position. There may be something to this theory.

My wife has always commented on the size of my loads, also.

What is the proper form for a bodyweight deadlift? Trying a few out, it seems a lot like a bodyweight squat. Are you doing straight leg DL’s?

I deadlift and squat 3 times a week usually, for powerlifting, and deadlift was my best discipline up until I overdid it and injured my back, anyway..
I have noticed an increase in range and amount over the last years actually. I use to hit my girlfriend’s face, or even past her, hitting the bed head. I rarely pull out though because of the mess.. Can’t really say if the difference came as I started powerlifting though.

Can’t say if posterior chain strength has anything to do with it either. I usually kegel to build up the pressure before letting it out which I think affects it way more.

I would imagine straight legged deadlifts, SLDL, would be good for low intensity posterior chain work, which this is. But the posterior chain is potentially really strong, some weight resistance will drastically increase your strength gains, whether that is important for the ejaculation though I don’t know.

The most important thing about your form is to keep the spine neutral, stand up straight and bend at the hip. Let your knees bend slightly to reach desired range of motion and let your butt go backwards a bit to maintain a good balance. I don’t really think that deadlifts are dangerous, regardless of form, if you don’t use any weights though, but there is absolutely no point to disregard form if you just want a light workout either.

If you have access to weights I’d vote for light regular deadlifts instead of SLDL though, since the added movement in the knee joints makes it a more complete exercise. The only difference from SLDL really is that you bend your knees a bit more.

I am very interested with this and I can see the science behind why working the glutes and pelvic floor at the same time will develop great strength. I’m going to include kegels in my deadlifts.

Did anyone experienced results with this since ?
