I did a total of 7 days worth of jelqing and about two weeks worth of kegels. That was in November. Then I quit, and after about a week or so I felt that the head of my penis was tingling and that I could also feel the same sensation in my pelvis area. Normally, I could masturbate hard for minutes without having to cum and now I can’t seem to manage to make it past the minute.

This was over two months ago. I still feel the same tingling/weird sensation in both my pelvis area and the head of my penis.

How can I make the tingling go away and just go back to my normal stamina? Should I go to the doctor?

I followed the newbie routine, though maybe I overdid it? I only did it for about seven days, but I did take breaks in between days. I definitely overdid the kegel exercises.

I’m not doing anything now.

Note: I can masturbate dry just fine now, but when I use lotion or whatever so that I also use the head of my penis to masturbate, I can just feel it’s too sensitive. It really doesn’t take longer than a minute that way. When I for round two right after, everything seems to be fine, but I can still feel the tingling/weird sensation in the head of my penis and the pelvis area.

There were some days where I didn’t have any sensitivity problems on my first time of the day, though. So this is weird.

Will this go away? I read somewhere that if you overdid the kegel exercises, you’d cum way too soon and that this could take months to get back to normal.

Try giving yourself a rest for a week at least. Two weeks may be better.
