Someone please help me.
I am PSYPHER1. I am a 34-year-old male from the Maryland area. I have been married for 11-years, and I have a wonderful 5-year-old son. I work out almost everyday, and I am in good shape. It is a pleasure to make acquaintance with all of you!
I was wondering if any of you could help me. I have been wanting to get a PE routine going for a while now. I have been viewing this site for a couple of years (really) and the information is great! My only problem is that there is so much information that it has been difficult for me to boil it down to something practical for myself. I get very overwhelmed by a lot of information, and it causes me to shut down and procrastinate. You guys appear to be very nice and caring, so I thought I’d jump out there and ask for a little help. (By the way I have read all of the FAQ’s the newbies are instructed to read.)
My penis is about 5” in length; I haven’t measured the girth yet, but it isn’t impressive. As I have gotten older, my erections have become quite weak; I used to have a problem with premature ejaculation, but now I contend with the opposite. My wife says that she is satisfied, but I think she is just being kind. I don’t feel that I satisfy her, and I don’t like that at all. We had been unhappily married for most of our marriage, so sex was infrequent at best, so my “performance” wasn’t an issue. But thanks to the Bible and some frank communication, our marriage is now great, and we are having sex quite frequently. But again, I sense that it is not as fulfilling for her as she puts on. I want to be able to ‘knock my wife’s socks off’ in bed, because I love her. Plus I want to do it for me. I believe that it is possible to change whatever you don’t like about yourself, if you are willing to pay the price.
Here is what I need help to accomplish:
- 7.5 inches erect (I don’t really care about flaccid length)
- 5 inches girth erect (I don’t really care about flaccid girth)
- Larger penis head
- Harder erections
- Greater sensitivity
- Healthy prostate
Here are the obstacles/challenges/considerations:
- I only have 30 minutes in the morning. (My plate is full with job, business, family, and spiritual duties)
- I want to get the most done as easily as possible. (I know effort is involved, but I want to work smart.)
- I would prefer automated solutions to manual ones (hanging vs. stretching, jelqing device vs. manual, etc.)
- I can do PE Monday - Saturday.
Here’s what I could use some help/clarification on:
- Is hanging sufficient for length gain, or will is it necessary to couple it with something else?
- Would the jelqing device alone be good for gaining girth, or will I need to manually jelq?
- Will PE in general help me to develop harder erections and greater sensitivity, or is there something specific I need to do?
- What can I do to get a harder erection so that I can even do the PE exercises?
I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me put this information into something I could do 6 days a week for 30 minutes. (I may be able to squeeze in additional time for hanging.
