I don’t know about you but I think your balls are supposed to rise when you kegal.

As often as you want and no you don’t have to be erect. Kegels are this wonderful little thing that you can do while driving, standing in line at the bank, walking the dog. You can do them anytime, anywhere your little heart desires.
