Some starting questions

Hi

This is my first post so tell me if somethings is wrong.

I am about 6.1 inches long now and I am 21 years old so I think it has stopped grow down there. So I will just post some questions that I had wonder about for a long time.

1. Do you get permanent gains after a while or do you have to keep on for the whole life?
2. If You start with PE in the early teenage, could it be bad for the penis?
3. If you do about 10 minutes PE, 2 days on, 1 off, could it give gains?

Sorry for my bad language.

1. Well, you have to “cement” the gains when you achieve them, by continuing the same routine for a few months. As for whether the gains will go away - some people report a disappearance of gains after a while, some say that they kept every milimeter.

2. Don’t know, and there hasn’t been any conclusive studies (or any studies for that matter) on that subject. Not a lot people would recommend that early teenagers do PE.

3. It could, but it is not necessary going to happen. Depends on your potential to grow, your routine etc. Whether you can fit a good routine in 10 minutes a day is very debatable.

Okay, thanks for the answer!

But how can you cement the gains, how can it work?? Isn’t the penis growing by the time or is it like muscles, they have to be trained to stay big?

Hard penis after some workouts

Hi

I’m just started a beginner workout but I don’t do so much stretches yet. I have done about five times with 200 jelqs and warm-up/warm-down. The problem is that after some workouts, the flaccid penis becomes small, or a little bit under my normal, and really hard. It’s like something in it is like a rock. If I swing it a little bit this often disappear and then come back when it’s completely flaccid again.
What is that, is it a bad sign?

Well, interesting question. You see, PE isn’t a conclusive science, and not many research is done about it.

There are two theories that I know of:
Theory of plastic deformation
Theory of cell duplication (or however it is called, I cannot remember)

Anyway, your question can’t be answered… yet! But, experience of Thunderplace PE-ers shows that your gains WILL disappear if you don’t cement your gains.

200 jelqs is too much if you’re new to PE. This could have come as a shock to your penis causing this turtling effect. Go for 50 jelqs and take it easy both with jelqs and stretches. Remeber rest days are important. :)

Okay, thanks. But does it make sense after a workout if the penis is small or big?

I would think that you did too many jelqs, and possibly used too much force.

Remember you are just starting. Go slow, use moderate force and don’t try to rush things.

Re-read the Newbie Routine and see if you can’t follow it. Use light to moderate force when stretching and jelqing and see how things go. Don’t worry about gaining at first, instead focus on finding out how to do the exercise properly, using just enough force, but not too much. Monitor the Physiological Indicators, positive and negative, to determine this.

If it’s shrinking a bit by the end of your routine, chances are you were using too much force, as that is a somewhat negative indicator.

Keep reading. Good luck.

Before: I'd like to show you something I'm very proud of, but you'll have to move real close.

After: I\'d like to show you something I\'m very proud of, but you guys in the front row will have to stand back.

Sorry for my bad language.

If a person is 11 years old and has a brain/mind/knowledge of 11-year old boy , then I will expect PE to be extremely dangerous.
I wish my father told me about PE and taught me how to do things when I was at that age. Unfortunately my father was not interested in PE.
My son (maybe one day I will have one ;) ) for sure will be informed about all the PE as soon as I see that he is interested in girls .Environment (in our case PE) has a huge impact on our bodies during development and I think that it’s worth trying sooner than later .. It just seems to me that it’s easier to get results when your body develops than when you are done from the point of view of nature ;) .. Might be wrong though ;) .
