Aye guys just though I’d ask some questions..

Is it alright as a newbie to split it up? Such as jelq some in the morning, then some again at night? Same with stretches.

Also how many of the vets followed the newbie routine and what did you get from it?

When edging, after you beat off until you almost bust, after you do that like 5 times can you bust after?

During this, does the penis shaft actually grow? Or does the ligs just strecth so far it appears to be that your dick has gotten bigger.

The exercises in the Newbie Routine are the basics for many PE exercises. A lot of guys have posted their success with it. You can probably find some of those threads here in the Newbie Forum by using the “Search this Forum” link at the top right of this window.

If you’re looking for testimonial for the newbie routine I can vouch for it personally. I’m no vet, but I’ve don’t the newbie routine enough times after my deconditioning periods to know that it defiantly has an affect on me.
