Some Questions

Some Questions

I’ve been reading some theories and some people have it down to a science, which for me is not always easy to understand. So I wanted to clarify some stuff.

Firstly, what does it mean when someone reaches elastic or plastic limitation?

Is IR heat and US heat the only proven method to help stretch the tissues? Can I just get a hot shower and get the same results or use a rice sock?

What does the term creep mean? I’ve seen the term 2.5% used in conjunction with the word creep. What do these things mean?

What does it mean to reach muscle relaxation upon exhaustion?

I know the answers are here somewhere but it would save me a lot of time if someone could answer these.

Thanks guys!

Get a complete education; you can look up those terms and read them yourself. Why rely on somone’s interpretation of what they think those terms mean.

And a hot shower is fine for a warm up.

+1

Many here suffer from paralysis of analysis. Use constant heat and listen to YOUR penis. My old routine may be way too much for you or not enough. You’re penis is like none other just, like your fingerprints or DNA.

Well, I’ve been seeing some of these terms n posts and have been searching for an explanation but haven’t found one, I’ve been reading for hours. It appears that it is common knowledge for the veterans here at thunders. It would be really simple for someone to just answer my question rather than tell me to get an education. I’m just trying to educate myself like everyone else here my friend

Did you ever hear of google? The whole world is at your fingertips with the use of any search engine. Why not use it? Besides the terms you seek the answers for really have not much to do with pe; it’s more physics with some application to human tissue.

I wonder what I would find if I googled your name?

You’d be surprised at what you’d find if you googled me. Now go read or sit here and wait for someone to come and explain everything to you. Don’t seem like you’re getting a lot of responses do you?

I wasn’t completely sure If the definition of creep was a term that someone here made up or not, I assumed it was. There are many terms used here that have been made up by people like JAI. Johan created his own term although it was based off of science, I had no idea until I read a dozen articles to try and understand what this was.

I don’t mind reading, but I’ve been reading posts for days looking and didn’t realize it was a scientific term on its own. All someone had to do is point
me in the right direction. I would of done the rest.

Here’s the right direction. Look at the newbie routine; understand it and what you don’t understand ask questions before you start. Don’t do to much too soon. The foundation of PE is jelqing and stretching.Start slow and gentle and take a month or so to work up even to the newbie routine. It’s not rocket science; just specific tissue manipulation to reach a desired effect. 6 months or maybe longer you’ll begin to see result. Effort and consistency is the key. If you don’t know what a LAS exercise is ask someone what the hell it is. Ask about the exercise and how to do it as there is no real proof of what we think happens actually happens. Keep it simple. When you want to get into the physiology of it, which I would tell you not to do, then if’ you’d like I’d be more than happy to discus with you what happens biologically to a muscle when it’s fatigued or how plastic deformation may help us understand how we can effect changes in tougher structures like the tunica,

Now do you need any of that info to be successful at PE? No way just do the work. If you ever want to get into the biophysiology of the whole process which is simply a theory I’ll be here but most guys think it’s boring. Good luck

I’ve been at PE since February, I am looking to broaden my understanding so that I can manipulate the growth correctly for MY BODY, everyone is different and I don’t feel like wasting time on just “trying things”. I’d prefer to understand it a bit as I am reading and see terms and they intrigue me. I am very interested in theories. Specifically the ones I asked in the beginning.

The only one I don’t know is this muscle exhaustion / relaxation thing. Everything else was answered in the link you sent. However I am not sure what the 2.5-2.8 % means when reaching creep.

Remember that these are all things that happen to muscles and cell structures as you’re doing the work. Like I said most guys thinks it’s boring because it happens anyway as you do the work. I wouldn’t worry about percentages as that’s just an average.
