Today is my day off. I am trying to follow the newbie routine but I always spent much more time than the time suggested. Let me describe please: I do most of the stretching exercises. I spent approximately 30 minutes for stretching, here is what I do:

1) BTC stretch 3 sets of 2 minutes each
2) Simple Manual stretches 1 minute each direction 3 sets
3) Inverted V-A stretch 3 sets, 30 seconds each
4) Aided inverted V stretch 3 sets of 1 minute each
I spent approximately 30 minutes for the above

Then I continue with jelqing

1) I do jelq squeeze with a lubricated penis for approximately 15-20 minutes
2) I continue and finalizing with Uli for another 15-20 minutes.

It takes me that long because during jelqing after 25 strokes I loose my erection and masturbate a little in order to get it back. I don’t watch porn I am thinking of something nice (not the acropolis or the pyramids in Egypt) .

I follow this routine 3 days and I take one day off.

When I firstly started maybe 2 months ago I experienced black spots on my penis. I gave up. I wasn’t following any routine.

My standard routine started at the 7the of May (the routine mentioned above)

Here are my questions:

1) Yesterday (3rd day of exercising I wasn’t feeling that fullness on my semi erected penis while jelqing, although I was squeezing hard. Why did that happen is it something on my routine?

2) Any comments on my routine?

3) How do you measure your penis? If I place the ruler on the top my penis in it’s maximum erection is 15cm (6inch) but if I place it on the right of my penis measures 16 cm (6,4 inch). This is not very important as I am not satisfied with my measurements anyway! Just had to ask.

4) Do you think that I might add some other exercises to my routine?

My minimum goal is 7 inch in length and 6 inch in girth

It’s normal: you’re doing about 15 minutes of stretch, and resting between stretches roughly the same amount of time the stretching lasted. So, the total time = stretch time x 2

You’re doing it too hard. Too pressure/erection level when jelqing, to much force pulling when stretching. Do it more gently.

It seem not bad to me, in regard of the amount of work. As said, reduce the insensity. Maybe you would start on 2 on - 1 off, also.

Hi Willing,

Taking your questions as above:

1 Ease of on the pressure of the squeezes. You are tiring your penis structure and probably not allowing the blood to re-inflate your penis properly

Many guys here have this trouyble when starting the rutines so it is possibly a reaction which ‘hardens’ the wall structure and stops the penis expanding (Any comments on this would be welcome) But the important thing to do is ease off on your squezzing.

Your routine seems OK if it suits you Don’t worry abouat a rigid timetable. Just adjust the times to what is suitable for you. The importaant thing is to do the exercises properly as instructed

3 It is generally accepted that Measurements are taken along the top of your penis The are two types of measurement Bone pressed; where you push the ruler fairly hard against your pad in front of the bone And ‘not bone pressed’ where the ruler just touches the fat pad, which give the length that you actually see. We use Bone pressed as that gives a standard which you can compare with another PE’er (as fat pads can vary widely) We take the ‘top’ measurement as that is a uniform way of doing it for everyone

I would suggest you stay with the routine for a while and see what gains you get . As you progress you will find that some exercises give you greater gains, and you can determine what exercises are more likely to give you the gains you desire. We are all different and have to adjust our routines to suit our bodies, so any knowledge gained in the early stages is valuable when you want to decide what advanced exercises to do.

Your gains are achievable. Good luck with your PE experience.

Luckly, we gave to willing pretty identical answers, in their essence. That’s good, repetita iuvant ;) .

Regarding Kegels

I really like to do them but I am not sure how. I searched all the answers and still not sure if I understood.
If I understood well the BC muscle is below the balls. Lately while peeing (I touched below the balls and felt something like an elastic pipe, I pressed it and it stopped my pee flow.) Is that the BC muscle? The pipe? If this is it mine is located in the middle of something like a bone ( I assume it’s a bone because is hard). So.. What should I do? Pressing this pipe for 10 second then releasing?
The pictures I have seen in this forum (locating the BC muscle) are not very clear for my understanding.

To understand how to do Kegel’s, try stopping urine flow when pissing. Another way :while erect, try raising the degree of erection; muscles that are contracted in that maneuvre are those affected by Kegel’s.

Hands are not involved in this exercise, they are just about contracting muscles.
