Some questions :

Haven’t posted in a while here, because tried to stay concentrated on my PE. Every time I look at the forum there are people with injuries, so that’s why I don’t want to destroy my dedication. Have started last year in Oct and done PE for like 2months and stopped PE for 2 months, because I had to prepare for my exams since I’m a full time student. I started again in Feb, and been PEing constantly for 2 1/2 months. I think my starting length was 16.9cm-17cm length/12.3cm girth(last year), and I got to almost 18cm length/ 12.8cm girth this time. I have measured correctly and all, but this is still not believable, because it happens so slow that I get to think it’s a mind trick and been the same all the time.
Since I started I had a natural downward curve, and couldn’t straighten it:( , I am now thinking of combining a traction device with my manual exercises, is this advisable? I want to straighten the curve, and since the traction device helps gains as well, it should be handy with exercises I think. I’m thinking of buying “Size Genetics” since I have no time to construct my own device like some people do, anyone heard of this brand? I had a dilemma between “Size Genetics” and “X4labs”. Please note I’m not advertising anything, I’m just seeking advice.
I am dedicated to PE, and my current intermediate routine is from Penishealth website:
Warm up
1) Power stretch - holding PC muscle while stretching. (15-20sec/rep)
2) 71 (3-5sec/rep) Jelqs with Jelq + Hold at head for 10 sec, every 10 jelqs.
3) Horizontal movement - tourniquet base and move the “OK” sign up down (3-4sec/rep)
4) Mega pump (I started this recently, it’s classed as advance) - jelq+ grip at head, flex PC muscle to pump blood, grip at base and flex the PC muscle hard, this expands the penis between the two grips. (2reps/20sec)
5) 20-40 PC flexes (5sec/rep)
Warm down
Some how all of these little exercises take me 50min..
I’ve been getting rock hard erections ever since I got back to PE, I’m dedicated so much that I haven’t masturbated for like 3-4weeks at all, and after all the exercises teasing my erection, I have masturbated 3 times in 1 day, which made the penis very tired, and I thought I would be ready next day, but erections were weak, now I’m resting and healing up, today is my 2ND healing day and everything seems to be coming back:) .
Could the temporary ED, hinder my sexual health in the future, due to healing up and exercising the penis? I do pay attention to my penis, and if he is unhappy I rest for 2-3days.
I’m thinking of my new routine with the Traction device, please comment on it, or should I just experiment?:
1) Traction device (during sleep? Or during day?)
2) Manual exercises in the evening (10pm)
Please do comment on the routine, and what traction device is advisable. I’m going to buy the traction device as an early B-day present:) . Really want a straighter penis and faster gains.
