I have a question should you stretch before you jelq? Or jelq before you stretch? What is the best routine and why? I have read that some do each separate on different days.

I am trying to put together a good routine and need some help for the best gains I want both length and girth gains. Can you help with this.

Also off the topic a little does any one feel a little ashamed that they are PEing and hiding it from there wives? What has some of the wives said to you when you tell them.
Is there any signs that show up besides a bigger dick that they will find out that you have been PEing?

Personlly it is easier for me to stretch before jelqing because I waste a lot of time waiting for the erection to subside if I jelq first. Do the newbie routine for a while then modify it to your own needs. I’m not ashamed of PEing but I wouldn’t tell my wife (if I had one) nor my friends. I told a couple once and they blew my off saying its not possible and they’re happy with what they have.

I jelq first. It gets the blood moving and make my unit extremely hot which is good for the stretching. Also IF I do the stretching first, it is hard for me to get an erection because my penis gets exhausted from the stretches.

The newby routine is good to get started and conditioned, stick to that.

Any particular reason? (That would be the information I’m after)

I guess I’m trying to find out whether there is a specific order that produces best results, or causes less injuries, or something. Rather than convenience reasons.

When lifting weights or exercising in general, what’s the first thing they tell you? Stretch. I would think the same applies to PE.

I mix it all up, though still on newbie routine I got it down to a science for myself. I figure everybody ends up with a different routine, find what works best for you. You see gains? I’de stick with that, long term consistency and efficient exersizes are probably the best. No crazy newb gains for me though yet besides overall better quality cock. Next measurement soon
