Some questions from a newbie

Hey guys.
So I’m a newbie, barely started the PE program and I have some questions ( prolly the dumb ones that you alrdy answered dozen times )
Could you please explain to me the meaning of NBPEL | MSEG ? I see it everywhere and I just can’t figure out what I means.
Also how long should I just continue with the newbie routine until I can add up things like hanging or Ulis ? After I finished my jelqing session today I noticed 2 red spots on my thingy I think probably cause of my pretty hard squeezes. Will they go away in my day off ?. Could you explain in a more detailed sentance the importance of kagels ? I’m trying my best to do the 50 kagel series but they decrease in time.
* Sorry if you had to respond to this lots of times. But If I’m about to do this I wanna make sure I’m doing it right.
Thanks !

Phil.

Also, what are the benefits of dry jelqing ? Should I do both dry jelqing and wet jelqing ? For how long should I leave my penis to adjust to these exercises before I can start new ones ? When I stretch, should I add up the second hand for more strength like in the video ? Cause I feel like I should really give my penis time to adjust.

NBPEL is Non-bone pressed erect length, so you’re not pressing your ruler into the fat pad to take your measurement. It’s just the visual length.

MSEG is Mid-shaft erect girth, should be self explanatory.

Glossary
You can look at the abbreviation meanings here.

I’m new myself, so I don’t have anything to say about the other stuff. Good luck!

Dry jelqs don’t need lube and are easier for uncircumcised guys. They work girth more than wet jelqs. You should stay on the same exercises untill you are having gains and anyway at least three months. You shouldn’t apply the second hand for now, at least not with the goal of pulling with more strength - using two hands can help the grip so your forearms get less tired, just that.

Thank you kind gents ! May your units grow forever :D

Hover your mouse over a word that has dotted lines under it to get the meaning for each letter. Example: BPEL = bone pressed erect length. MSEG = mid shaft erect girth.

You should do the newbie routine for at least 3 to 6 months. If you get gains stick with that routine, if the gains stop or you don’t get gains try something else and/or increase the intensity.

Put lube onto your penis and let it dry up as your jelq. Which means you start wet and end dry and then when you do another set you start wet and end dry. Try to get as many reps in a set as you can (Example: 50 or 100 reps in a set). Dry jelqing may be more effective, but it’s also harder to do and more likely to cause injury.

Kegel exercises can strengthen muscles that can stop premature ejaculation when you kegel. Kegels may also increase ejaculation power and increase erection quality. When you kegel blood also fills into the penis. Kegels do not increase penis size, but you can kegel before jelqing for more effective jelqs.
