Some question:
How you deal with the hanging
I try it but when I sit or stand the cable and the weigh make my balls to up on my groin and its painful.
How many hours you hanging?
My most routine is:
Warm up in shower
Some little stretch
Put Penimaster for 1 hour because after 1 hour its to much painful
The I stretch again little for 3 minute
What you think guys and what you think give you the most gain?

My advice will probably be to take a decon break and then start with the newbie routine.
