This is my second day of the newbie routine.

I am experiencing some pain. Is this normal? I did not over do anything. I’m doing everything slow and controlled.


Pain is a big no, no! Stop it, you’re doing some thing wrong. Where do you feel the pain ,what type of pain? When did you start to feel it? Give us some more info.

Started: 15.5cm x 12cm, Now: 19.5cm x 13.3cm, Goal: 21cm x 15cm

I feel the pain in the penis. I started feeling the pain right after the newbie routine.
The pain is like hurting for a few seconds and leaving.. And then it comes again.

I’m not sure what I did wrong?

I was stretching really carefully not holding the stretch more than 15-20 seconds.
Every time when I had a boner I let it subside.

Then I started jelqing really slow. Like 4-5 seconds until I reached the top.
I varied from 20%-50% erection jelqs.

I had a good warm down.

Sorry bro, I am no medical expert but if the pain would have been on the glans, this would mean that you applied too much pressure while stretching.

My advice to you don’t P.E for 4 days or until the pain is gone. Then start very slowly.

Give yourself a few days rest. When you start again, don’t squeeze so hard when you jelq. Its possible you have tweaked the nerve there at the base and its letting you know about it.

What stretching are you doing? I would take Plein-lee’s advice and take some time off. You might be putting too much tension on the stretches, start off lighter after your break, providing the pain has gone away.

I’ll rest these days. No PE.

You have to be able to tell the difference between PAIN and slight aches. Slight aches are good, your ligaments are stretching. The tissue is healing. Let it heal.
