I have been PE’ing for a little over 3 months. My routine is basic: 15-20 minutes of jelqing during the week and then the weekends off. My jelqs are pretty intense and I usually incorporate some 15-45 second starching during the jelq session.

This morning after my session my unit looked it’s biggest yet.So naturally I felt compelled to measure. To my surprise I measured a 7.5” BPEL! I started at 6.875” in October and had measured a 7.25” before.but never a 7.5”! Wow.

Anyway, I knew it looked larger so I wasn’t too surprised. It is nice to finally have some decent gains. I am sure that now I am going to hit a plateau.but I need to keep going.

Hmmmmm. My goal is to just keep going. Even if I am not gaining the benefits are definetly a reason to keep going.

In reality I would like to be 8.5-9 x 7.I real meat stick!

Don’t mean to be a downer, but would recommend to measure it on your day off, because I find, by the end of my workout, my Penis gets a good stretch which goes back down over night.

I measured yesterday my record too, 7” bpel! I had to measure, “wow it looks bigger than before…”, didn´t measure girth.

Yesterday I used warm cloth as warm up, which I haven´t done in a long time. I used warm cloth before stretching jelqing and clamping. I had the warm cloth also always between sets and then after workout. I think that it was one of the best workouts I have done lately!

But, I declared today to be the “Don´t play with your dick day”. So back to business tomorrow.

Great job! :D I’m holding off on my measurements until the 1 month mark but hopefully I get somewhat of an increase. I’d be more than happy with your gains!
