Some more newbie questions .

Hi All

I’m now entering my 4th week so still very early stages. I’m only using extender. First 2 weeks were used gradually building up duration wise. 3rd week was a bit of a reassess / tweak week due to slippage issues that arose. I ‘think’ I’ve now found my groove in terms of positioning my penis in the device.

However, some questions I hope the pro’s can answer:

1. I’ve been warming up by using damp hand cloth for 10 mins or so. This works well for me. However can I also ‘re-warm’ between sets or is this detrimental to the stretch I’ve obtained during the previous set? The reason I would like to try re-warming is due to the penis going cold which I know is normal but just wondered if re-warming is a PE no no?

2. What works best for me is removing the unit after 45-50 mins, taking a 5 min ‘re-circulation’ break then starting next set. Will I still gain doing this? Keeping the unit on over an hour doesn’t work well for me, I can tell my glans want a break shortly before the hour’s up. In short, is 4 x 45 min sets doing as much good as 2 x 90 min sets?

3. Even though I’m now entering my 4th week I’m still at circa 900-1000g (1st notch on Jes Extender) and this feels enough for me, maybe even for a few weeks to come. This is me stretched to my erect length. I’d rather build up tension slowly as oppose to aiming for 1200g+ which for me I think might still be another month or so away. I’d rather work on building up duration first, currently at just over 2 hours in total each day. End of this week I’ll hopefully be up to 2.5 hours, 3 hours end of following week and so on. Good enough approach to condition my penis to PE or do you think I’m taking it far too conservatively?

4. If you’re prepared for the fact it’ll take longer to achieve gains, is ‘some’ PE each day better than nothing? Due to other commitments, my daily PE limit time wise might average out at 3ish hours. In terms of using the extender exclusively, should I still see gains even if they take e.g. Twice as long to achieve? Or wasting my time?

5. I’ve been reading various (sometimes conflicting) items about PE and sex/masturbating. Is it basically a no no to have sex or masturbate shortly after your PE session has finished e.g. Within a couple of hours? Are you undoing any good you’ve achieved? If ‘yes’ .. When the heck am I supposed to emmm have some fun?
