Some jelqing questions.

I have the videos and all, but I still have some questions.

About how hard should I squeeze when I jelq? Also, why does the guy’s foreskin on his penis cover his head when he is done? Does he squeeze it so hard that it forces the skin up there to stay?

Also, I see no videos on kegeling. Is it just squeezing the hell out of the base of the penis? Could someone explain in a little more detail on how to kegel or direct me to a video?

Mech, my friend, seeing the videos is good, but you should read something, also, and then, if you have some other doubt, do a search. If you still have some doubt, ask again. You know, this questions have been asked about 100,000 times here.

I read and I still couldn’t get a definitive answer. I’ll try searching but if you could just direct or tell me that would be better.

I will say that as I have switched to dry jelqs that I have a ton more skin around my dick now. It’s almost as if I’m regaining my foreskin. This kind of makes me sad.

Just finished doing my first routine. I had a hard time keeping an erection through the jelqing part so I put some porn on and that helped.

I have a bunch of red spots all around the mid shaft of my penis. Is this normal? I found somewhere on here an article that discusses this but I can’t locate it now. If someone could tell me what this means or link me back to that article it would be helpful.

I also don’t seem to be hanging much fuller right after the exercises, but then again I don’t really know how long you’ll hang further and how much more you will hang.

If you have a lot of red spots, and they last longer than 2 days, you are gripping with too much force and/or with a too high level of erection.

The red spots went away shortly after. Within a few hours.

My erection level wasn’t that high, probably 50% at most and it was hard to maintain it, so I doubt that was the problem.

When you do a kegel, does your penis pop up? If so then I think I got that down.

When you Kegel’s, your penis moves up and down. It’s very simple understand how to Kegel’: when peeing, try stopping the flush.

I think you may have just been irritating the skin if the red spots went away so quickly. This happened to me when I switched up the lotions that I was using. After I switched back, I had no problems.
