Some Jelqing questions - Help a young male in need

So I just started jelqing about 2 weeks ago. I go for about 12 minutes a day for 3 days then take 1 day off. I usually stretch it out for 5-10 mins per day too. Right now I am at 8 x 5 as a modest measurement.

How long should it be before I see gains? I may have noticed some girth already, as it is slightly thicker the farther you go up the shaft now.

Do you have any tips? The only reason I am doing this is because I want every woman I have sex with in the future to be in pain. I am 19

Well there’s no definite answer to when you will start to see gains. I’m 4 weeks in and have seen lots of gains but someone else could see very little to no gains 4 weeks in because everybody is different. As far as tips if you haven’t incorporated a warm up I would definitely include that in your workout. Also you should incorporate heat throughout your workout I do a total of 10 mins stretching and 10 mins of jelqing and a total of 25 minutes warming up throughout my workout with a soaked hot towel. That’s about all I can give for tips since I’m still pretty new to PE but what are your goals for length and girth?

My tip is to read and read some more in these forums to learn. Then either use the search engine and/or ask questions.

Tip: Record your progress.

You should see small temporary size increase after every jelq/expansion routines in both erect and flaccid states. Improved erection quality is a good sign your gaining and you can see small permanent gains every 2-4 weeks at least.

What kinds of warm-ups can you suggest?

My goal is 9 x 6

Well I prefer to use a wet towel that I soaked in hot water but you can use a cup full of hot water or a IR lamp those are the most common ways to warm up.

It definitely works. I can see progress already in girth for sure. Just starting the stretching now.

I put it off and don’t want to do it but when I start I’m like wow it really does grow it’s fatter now and thicker and everything.. I hope the gains stick around. I also get red spots on the top
