If I plan on hanging, but should I do some manuel strecthing or jelqing to warm up? I was going to just start off hanging at a slow and safe pace, but I was heard I should do some workouts for a few weeks then hang.
A short one week warmup couldn’t harm anything. The action of hanging is to stretch the ligs and tunica so if you are going into this type of exercise preparing the area is good.
One thing to consider is that manual stretching is unreguates so to speak. With a light weight you can keep track of your progress however with a pull it’s difficult to know how much stress is being applied.
So becareful not to pull to hard. Try some rotations and light stretching.
Also voltage, you should never jelk before hanging. You want as little fluid in your member as possible when you hang to prevent problems with circulation once you have a hanger strapped on.
