Some help from the vets
I’ve been PEing almost a year now, I’ve gained a little over inch. My current measurement from the side is 16,7cm and I haven’t seen gains in months. Current routine is stretching 20 minutes 2 days on 1 day off.
What I expect is that I probably won’t gain from the ligs anymore and I’ve heard that stretching the tunica is a solution? How do I stretch it? And since june, I didn’t do any jelqs so that might help too. I’m mainly looking for lenght.
I’m tryin to reach 18cm till summer, a little over 1cm. What routine would you suggest? 18cm in summer would be great, 5 months!
