I’ve been PEing almost a year now, I’ve gained a little over inch. My current measurement from the side is 16,7cm and I haven’t seen gains in months. Current routine is stretching 20 minutes 2 days on 1 day off.

What I expect is that I probably won’t gain from the ligs anymore and I’ve heard that stretching the tunica is a solution? How do I stretch it? And since june, I didn’t do any jelqs so that might help too. I’m mainly looking for lenght.

I’m tryin to reach 18cm till summer, a little over 1cm. What routine would you suggest? 18cm in summer would be great, 5 months!

Well, first congrats for your gains, 1” is a lot of cock, really. I think first step should be adding fulcrum stretches and jelqs. If with this your stats don’t move in a span of 8-12 weeks, than you should take a decon break.

Okay so I found this V-stretch, so you stretch normally with the other hand and slightly push the shaft of the penis down with your other hand’s thumb? Could I do them like normal stretches, 30s each and maybe 10 minutes of v-stretch and 500 jelqing moves? 2 days on, 1 off.

V-stretches, A stretches, I suggest to use a cylindrical object with a perimeter about the same of your penis girth as a fulcrum.

You could look also into the Bennet8 routine

So Bennet8 did, 5 sessions per day, each 2-5 minutes. Unfortunately I don’t have time to do these small sessions so I might try to do them all at once.
15 minutes of V-stretch, and 300 jelq moves first, increase amount if needed. Sound good?
I’m looking for lenght so flaccid jelqs are good for lenght? I gained lenght from semi-erect jelqs too, but I just want to maximize my gains.

There seems to be enough consensus between vets that jelqs have a synergic effect with about any other technique.

Your plan sounds good to me. Don’t overwork in the hurry of gains and don’t use too much force. You have to kindly stimulate growth, not break down your dick - this has never worked on anyone, whatever the faith people put on this apporach.

+1. Better EQ and all around wiener health as well.

Have you ever taken a deconditioning break? If not, take 2 weeks off and then start back in with the routine that gave you +1” in length. No guarantee, but you might be able to trick your penis into responding the way it did when you were a n00b.
