Some general noob questions
Hey all, I have some general questions that I couldn’t find in the FAQ or through searching the forums so I’m hoping that you can help me out. I’ve only started PE a week ago.
1. When performing kegels.what is the best position to be in? Standing, sitting, laying down, etc. Do they need to be done right after jelqing or does it really not matter? Any other specifics that would help with kegels would be appreciated as well. And does flexing that muscle really make it stronger? If I flex and hold my biceps, they won’t get any stronger.
2. My main goal is just to increase girth. I really don’t care if my length increases, I am satisfied with it. So is there anything special I can do during the newbie routine to maximize girth gains, such as adding something extra or doing something differently? Or do I simply just need to gain in length for gains in girth? I’ve heard this before but not sure why that’s necessary. I’ve also heard that jelqing at higher levels of erection are better for girth gains.
3. Any other general tips/tricks that aren’t listed in the newbie routine??
