Hey all, I have some general questions that I couldn’t find in the FAQ or through searching the forums so I’m hoping that you can help me out. I’ve only started PE a week ago.

1. When performing kegels.what is the best position to be in? Standing, sitting, laying down, etc. Do they need to be done right after jelqing or does it really not matter? Any other specifics that would help with kegels would be appreciated as well. And does flexing that muscle really make it stronger? If I flex and hold my biceps, they won’t get any stronger.

2. My main goal is just to increase girth. I really don’t care if my length increases, I am satisfied with it. So is there anything special I can do during the newbie routine to maximize girth gains, such as adding something extra or doing something differently? Or do I simply just need to gain in length for gains in girth? I’ve heard this before but not sure why that’s necessary. I’ve also heard that jelqing at higher levels of erection are better for girth gains.

3. Any other general tips/tricks that aren’t listed in the newbie routine??

False. It’s called isometric contraction; there is scientific evidence that it can be so effective, or even more, than muscular contraction done moving a weight (concentric contraction).If you are not convinced I can post references.

You have to do the newbie routine because it promotes balanced stimulation, useful for penis health. You can focuse on girth when you will able to feel how a specific work affect the penis.

Never jelq at erection levels higer than about 3/4 of max; you could hurt your organ.

While it’s part of the newbie routine, it is not stressed so I think a lot of people skip over it: make sure to warm up. It’s boring to sit around heating your dick but it does help.

For girth. Try doing squeeze exercises in two or three weeks. Basically just make an OK grip at the base and squeeze. Your dick should become highly engorged. If you want more engorgement add your middle and ring fingers to the grip.

Go easy with this exercise. There are many variations on this but you should see how the simple squeezes work for you first. I should also add, this exercise can cause the penis to get permanently darker so watch out for that.


Then: 6.75" x 5" ----> Now: 8.5" x 5.75"

Yo still got a question about the kegels.should they be done at the end of a jelq routine, or does it really not matter when so long as you do them? I guess what I’m asking is, is there any real benefit to doing them right after a routine versus a few hours after. And if not, can they be done daily?

I read somewhere that they can be done anytime and it would still work fine. It said something like “the great thing about kegels, is you can do then anywhere and people can’t tell”. Or something like that
