Some Advice Please
Hi all I recently just started the newbie routine but I’m looking for some answers.
I was wondering how often should I measure myself?
Also what should I do after the six week’s has finished?
It says I should work up to 10 min’s stretching and 30 mins jelqing so what I decided to do is every week up them both e.g 1 minute extra on stretching every week and 3 mins jelqing every week, does that seem ok?
