Hi all I recently just started the newbie routine but I’m looking for some answers.

I was wondering how often should I measure myself?

Also what should I do after the six week’s has finished?

It says I should work up to 10 min’s stretching and 30 mins jelqing so what I decided to do is every week up them both e.g 1 minute extra on stretching every week and 3 mins jelqing every week, does that seem ok?

First of all welcome to this great community.

Measure yourself at the begining:
Flaccid bone pressed, flaccid girth, flaccid stretched.
Erect bone pressed, erect girth but best is not as hard as you can but normal.

Then measure after every workout write it down here or on paper.
After sometime you will see skme diffrences in taking measure.

After six weeks stay constant its the hardest thing for sure.
But you can add some extra strokes.
Rember to do them slowly and to breath as normal during excersises as its possible.
Adding time or strokes… you will notice when its too much for your penis to handle. Do a day break and try it again but less time or sets.

Your plan makes sense. After the first 6 weeks you evaluate how it is working and if it did, you keep doing the same. When it stops working, you add a bit of variety, say a new exercise, and see how it works; again after 6 weeks if it is not working you can switch to something completely different, say pumping or hanging or doing an advanced manual routine.

So measure once every 6 weeks. Measuring often just makes you mental.

Measure at most monthly is my advice, every 6 weeks like Marinera advises is sound. Measuring daily can become discouraging for many since gains come in very small increments and you may falsely think you’re making no progress.

Yes but when you measure at the begining everyday you can learn to measure correctly.
