Since the end of March, I decided to take a break from masturbation and PE. I wanted to see if my erections would get stronger.

Although I did masturbate a couple of times in that period, I didn’t do any PE sessions, nor did I have sex at all until a few days ago.

I noticed during sex a few days ago that my penis seems to have lost some of its mass, both in length and girth. I’m not sure it was an EQ issue either, because it was quite hard. Also concerning was the fact that, during handjob, my gf can wrap both hands above it and the head and some extra would stick out above the hands. This time during a double-handed HJ, barely any of the head popped out. I could also eyeball the fact that there was a noticeable, negative difference.

Worried, I decided to measure for the first time in months and my fears are confirmed. My usually highest EG (4.9, also my main reason for being interested in PE) has dropped to 4.7. I didn’t have a proper ruler at hand to measure the EL (which I previously measured at 7.1 inches) but I fear it may have lost up to 1/4 of an inch.

Hence the mystery: Why would there be this change?

I have read before that if a penis isn’t used or achieve erections regularly, it will lose mass.

Keep in mind that none of that girth is due to PE gains.

Not sure if it would matter at all, but due to exercising more and cutting down what I eat, I’ve lost 6 pounds in the two month period. Would figure that would improve my visible length, but the opposite appears true.

Any ideas? And, perhaps more importantly, any idea if this can be reversed and my girth problem improved upon?

+1 on EQ problems. I believe you did not cement your gains and the best advice i will give to you is that you need to jelq more to cement all of your gains when PEing.

Some of the gains you had would be ‘temporary gains’ which come from increased elasticity of the tissues. Doing no PE, masturbation or sex, you will have lost those temporary gains. Any permanent gains, you will have kept.

The good news is that you will regain the elasticity in the tissues very quickly.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

The thing is that those measurements aren’t affected by any positive gains to begin with. During my earlier time doing PE, I didn’t have gains. In other words, this is noticeably thinner/shorter than my ‘natural’ size.

It’s indeed possible that I did gain beforehand, but I am basing this change off of measurements I originally took taking to my PE routine.

My EQ during sex appeared to be about as good as it usually is, though it had been so long that I cannot say for certain.

Thanks for taking the time to respond, guys. Hoping I can troubleshoot what might be wrong and take steps towards reversing it. If anything, it’s a major incentive to attempt a girth routine again.
