Solely Want Girth Gains That's it

I started months ago with the newbie routine however I never followed through with it, so I am back but like before the only reason I am here is to gain girth. I have read about clapping and a bunch of other things however since I am pretty much starting over again. What is the best way to gain girth for a newbie. I would really appreciate some advice, thanks in advance.

Work on jelqing and throw in some horses once you feel your penis is conditioned enough. I can tell you from experience that horses will definitely expand the tissue in your penis. Do a search on girth exercises and you’ll find all the info you need.

I think you need to stick the newbie routine out a bit and here’s why. You’d need to condition yourself to the point where you could clamp (probably the most efficient girth gainer but that’s just me). Search for clamping to read about it first. Then after getting enough info, you choose the course of action.

As ever, don’t rush into anything. You could get injured and last I checked, we only get one unit per dude - Take care of it

My personal choice for girth is Pumping but as acer1683 mentioned… give the newbie routine a chance first so you can condition it and benefit from those newbie gains.

I like clamping, but if I even take a week off, I lose enough conditioning that I have to back off on the pressure. It’s a sure route to injury for an unconditioned dick. Go with the Newbie Routine until your gains stop; it may just be the fastest period of gains you will ever get.

The thing is man I have always thought my unit isn’t thick enough. I have never had any complaints from girls but then again a girl probably isn’t going to tell you your dick is thin, because she knows it will hurt a mans pride. I want to do this for myself dude just something I have always wanted.

Jelq, then move onto more advanced routines. But jelqing, pumping, clamping can all give you length gains as well.

No. Niewbie routine is mainly for conditioning your penis, although most people gain with the routine. After finishing your newbie routine, you can go for advanced exercise for girth.
