I was reading a post about soft jelqs with

I tried it today slowly. Anyone have any

Here’s a flaccid jelqing method you may find helpful. I tried it—I like it. I’m hanging these days, but if I wasn’t, this method would probably be in my routine: New Jelq City!

ADS can help you ‘cement’ gains… ADS alone can create some deformation, but it’s got limited potential for that. It can definitely help you avoid "turtling" and help you heal in an elongated state. A lot of veteran PEers see it as a fundamental part of PE, and I’m starting to view it that way myself. I plan to start using ADS soon…

I think all the PE methods on this forum have merit and you can make gains with any method.

The question is, what is best for you based on your goals.

I do a lot of soft jelqing in the slower. Becomes a habit actually. I think it has aided, but not been the sole cause of my gains.
