So I’ve tried searching this, but couldn’t find any answers. Since starting to jelq a little over a month ago, I’ve noticed that my meatus is much softer, even when completely engorged. Does this happen to everyone? I’ll have more questions once I understand more about it. Thanks.

You mean that your glans doesn’t get as full/expanded/erect as it used to, during erections? If this is the case, you might want to try taking a week off to see whether this changes. Jelqing should lead to better erection quality, not worse.

It could just be your dick getting used to things, but as para said try taking a break. If you don’t then at least go easy with jelqing and watch your not griping to aggressively.

A break worked great for me, and I can’t see the loss of waiting for your cock to heal a bit. Actually it was really enjoyable doing nothing watching my erections getting better and even achieving some more gains. Not sure that goes for everyone, but at least you won’t get an injury, that’s a gain too.

My glans expands to what looks like a full size, but it’s much softer. My EQ has gone down since starting to jelq, but I’ve made small gains aswell.

Maybe kegel more since you’re gaining with decreased EQ.

Jelqing should lead to improved EQ. Since you experienced the opposite, it is likely that you over trained. In my opinion, kegels can only help, but you should take a break off jelqing until your EQ recovers to pre-PE levels.

When you restart jelqing, make sure your grip isn’t too intense and reduce the number of jelqs.

This is a post I actually made yesterday. I had a similar problem and after reading the first thread I decided I was going to have to live with it. But that wasn’t the case.
Try what the other people have said first and let me know if your glans improve otherwise maybe consider the above thread

It’s about my 3rd or 4th day off and I’m already noticing a much better EQ. My glans is also firmer, but still not to it’s original hardness upon full erection. I’m going to keep resting, and then restart with a newbie routine.

I know the blood enters your glans from the underside of your unit. So maybe focus the pressure on the sides more. Then again maybe focusing on the undersides the key. It’d be nice to know. I wish I had PhD in PE

But on the real, I’m already happy with my length. With these small gains I’ve made I’m around 8.4BP. I really want to focus on getting girth gains, but I’m afraid to get into clamping and the more dangerous forms of PE. Any idea of how I can turn my 5.5 mid shaft EG to a 6 or 6.5 without getting into clamping?

jenglishman your going to have to be patient too. Girth gains are hard to come by. Your going to have to wait until your cock is conditioned enough to handle the higher pressures. The longer you wait the better. How long I can’t say, your going to need a more experienced member.

Jelq squeezes I think are a great way though. You have a lot of control over the pressure and when I do them, my post exercise girth has shot up .25 of an inch at times. Those gains never last until the next day but if you incorporate them more regularly into your routine I think overtime the gains will start to stick.
I currently do them once a week at the end of a light session. I did two this week and will slowly increase the frequency, or maybe the intensity or duration.

The problem is like you said these are the more dangerous forms of PE and literally one session which is too intense can result in an injury. I got a little excited a few months ago and despite all the threads saying don’t do this, I did some jelq squeezes and vwa-la (I can’t spell that) I got a thrombosed vein and a slightly hard flaccid cock for a while.

It depends on what you mean. After a 3 year break, I am in my second week of PE, and I woke up today noticing a couple of things. My erection was stronger, and my penis was softer and fuller. It is this pliable, rubbery penis that I notice precedes gains, and is the healthy penis I recall from before. The most important thing though, is your EQ and since you say it is going down perhaps you should focus of kegeling.
