So which is more effective a DE device or Manuel

So which is more effective a DE device or Manuel

Hey ho sup guys, I am thinking of doing PE any time soon now I just figuring out what I really want to stick with over at least a year, I do bodybuilding and I’m at 12% body fat still got a fucking fad pad though genetic wonder._. First off I was really into buying the Size genetics mos special offer but then I found something even better the Penimaster pro but I hear on so many forums that people just say do it manually don’t even get a device. I am really skeptical about Manuel training and I personally think its less effective than a great device. I really do not want to get that much size.. I have got 19 cm NB erect and 6 cm widest part width . I got at least 2 cm fat pad my penis is not 100% straight though I would like to fix this. I think its quite impossible to fail with a device but manually you can hurt yourself bad so my plan is just buying this device once for 330 euro using it for like a year then stop at around 22 cm .Its less effort more gains and hardly a risk.. Whats your opinion to my issue would really appreciate your assist on making my decision. Would I lose a heck of gains because I don’t go manually extra? Ex use my bad English.

Thanks in advance for your help

The newbie workout is your first step.

Three months learning about your dick.

Machinery vs. Hands is an on-going debate here and I like both for different applications.

Manual wet jelqs are the ultimate for EQ, vascularity etc., while hanging has jump-started my length gains after a long plateau.

And my curve straightened after a year of work.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

I agree about starting with the newbie routine to learn about your penis and what is the right amount to pressure to apply. Think of it like bodybuilding. If you’ve never done any chest exercises in your life, would you start with a max bench press or perhaps some pushups.

I really think various devices come in handy when you have surpassed what you can do with just your hands.

Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

WantToBeThick, while I agree with you in theory, I think extenders are basically fool proof and no amount of manual exercises are going to ‘prepare’ you for using an extender, since it’s a completely different type of PE. To continue your weight lifting analogy; even if you get good at doing bicep curls that doesn’t mean you’re gonna be able to do squats with any good form.

I think Jes Is doing a great work in length workout!

6.7" BPEL , 5.2"EG Clamped (That Massive Cock Head is making me nuts!!!)===> 30/12/2015 Measurment

Perhaps. I will admit that I’ve never used an extender as I’m more concerned with girth.
