Thanks, it felt kinda good to hear, just wanted to post something positive with a thanks to the community :) I started around 3.5 yrs ago before I was able to join the site at around BP 5.75 x 4.5 and now at 7.375 x 5.25. Factor in the inch or so fat pad which gives much lower NBP measurements.

Most gains came from newbie routine for the first 6 months or so (wish i kept going even longer with it) then a lot of work with extenders and hanging for some more minor length gain, now mostly just pumping until I can figure out how to somehow summon the strength to press on.

But all in all, I’m very happy when I look back at where I started, what I’ve gone through, and how far I’ve come.
