So much less, IS so much more!
You may have seen one of my past threads… I complained that things would never work and I would never get the post-jelq pump, erections may not always be 100%, etc. Well I tried it all. I tried taking out stretching, tried in the shower, tried warming up with rice socks, 200 jelqs, 100, 75, 50… What was it? Something was keeping me from getting the positive PI’s. My sweet spot couldn’t be less than 50, could it? Thus far, it looks like that’s the case.
I’ve been doing my workout in the shower lately, and it consists of stretching in 4 different directions, doing 4 sets of circular stretches, 25 jelqs, and 15 v-jelqs. Four workouts later, and I still am getting a great pump and morning erections have been so great, they’ve been waking me up, lol. I feel that my workout is so short, this can’t be right, but it must be! The saved time really lets me take it slow and make sure each jelq is perfect.
I’m not sure why doing such a little amount is so effective for me, but I think it may have something to do with small girth. I just always felt really sore the next day when doing around 100 jelqs… now, not so much.
