You may have seen one of my past threads… I complained that things would never work and I would never get the post-jelq pump, erections may not always be 100%, etc. Well I tried it all. I tried taking out stretching, tried in the shower, tried warming up with rice socks, 200 jelqs, 100, 75, 50… What was it? Something was keeping me from getting the positive PI’s. My sweet spot couldn’t be less than 50, could it? Thus far, it looks like that’s the case.

I’ve been doing my workout in the shower lately, and it consists of stretching in 4 different directions, doing 4 sets of circular stretches, 25 jelqs, and 15 v-jelqs. Four workouts later, and I still am getting a great pump and morning erections have been so great, they’ve been waking me up, lol. I feel that my workout is so short, this can’t be right, but it must be! The saved time really lets me take it slow and make sure each jelq is perfect.

I’m not sure why doing such a little amount is so effective for me, but I think it may have something to do with small girth. I just always felt really sore the next day when doing around 100 jelqs… now, not so much.

You were probably overdoing your exercises, as too much strength applied to your penis can result in weak erections, and turtling. Your easing off is allowing your penis to function better.

Yeah, it’s just amazing to me that some can jump into it at 2 days on / 1 off, doing 200 jelqs each session and my penis couldn’t even take 50 without being sore. Sometimes I thought it was also the strength of my grip, but it wasn’t that either. I tried so many different ways before I finally got it!

You should very similar to me. During my PE peak, I could do 200 jelqs, but I also find that about 30-40 a day in the shower does the job without making me sore.

Do what works for you - sounds like your EQ is great - gotta love that!

Hey brother, just some advice cause I’ve been down your road a hundred times and a hundred times I got great the same EQ results. It won’t last more than 2 weeks unless you make changes. “Changes” meaning you might have to take a 5 day break and then go back into it. That’s just one example that I found worked. Cause the results are also pretty temp for the first week or two and then depending what you do you can make them last longer. But everything that goes up must come down. This is all coming from the heart…although I’m not sure if I worded it the best way.

So any actual gains from this? Sounds amazing if it produces gains, getting a big dick with hardly any effort sounds too good to be true I’m afraid. Well, keep at it and good luck, let’s see how it goes.

I’m also skeptical; so many of these posts are made and hardly enough result in reports of gains.

When I first started, I found that at first, I could take a lot of reps. But after a while my EQ fell. Eventually, I cut my routine down to only 4 minutes of jelqing, and BINGO - I had gains and EQ all going in the right direction. I do agree with Kevin12 however, you will probably have to mix it up a bit. Take the odd week or two off etc.

I’ve had great gains from doing a similar routine to your’s; paticularly in the girth department as my focus really isn’t on length.

I’m curious to why you say take the week off every so often? Is it because the fragility of my penis? I ask because today, I actually just woke up, no morning wood. I turned on porn and got an erection, but it was not 100%. I’m really not sure I’m following what you guys are saying.

And there really is no need to be skeptical. Some people need 150-200 jelqs when starting out to see improvement. That is just too much for me, and 40 right now seems to be a sweet spot. I haven’t measured, so I’m not sure of any gains. Although from the quality of the erection I just had, I wouldn’t be surprised if there weren’t any.

For those that said they had similar problems until they moved to a lighter routine, could you give me a general idea of your routine?

I have been PEing on and off for 3 or more years now and I NEVER do more than 100 Jelq’s simply because its excessive. What is better; 50 perfect Jelq’s or 200 sloppy ones?

I used to over do my routine. Really the trick to PE is balancing the intensity of your routine with the correct amount of off time to heal. I prefer 2 on 1 off, but there are dozens of variations. Anyway, if you do a million jelq’s on monday you might have to wait for next monday to PE again, but if you only do 50-80 then 2 on 1 off is fine because your penis doesn’t need a huge amount of time to heal (i.e. you get in more workouts, heal from more workouts, and gain faster)

Aaaaah, PE theory; my favorite way to spend 7 am.

Not to rain on your thread, but I am willing to risk a limp dick every now and then in exchange for a high intensity PE workout. My experience has been that gains occur as a result of more PE, not less.

That being said, I think anyone in their first 6 months of PE should go easy on their dick. After your cock is conditioned to PE you can test your limits.

Well I disagree completely. If I were to do 100 jelqs I’d finish my workout, turtle back up, not get an erection unless I really tried, and no morning wood. Now that I’m doing less, I had a huge flaccid the majority of the day, was hard as a rock whenever I got an erection, and had morning wood more frequently. Doesn’t really make sense to me to beat my dick up if I’m not gonna get the desired results.

I want you guys to know, I’m not saying do less, it’ll work! I’m saying for people like me that aren’t getting positive PI’s with a lot of working out, maybe you should try less.

I’m in the same boat. Less is more for me and I found that the hard way back when doing triathlons competitively, and now ultrarunning. It’s about recovery and sustainability.

Something that worked awesome for me this am: (I only do 20min of clamping) I was clamped, sitting down, putting both hands around my unit, and then pulled gently up and out. The intensity was very strong with very little tug. I’ve been clamping 3 weeks and was just under 5” g while clamped, and now clamped I’m slightly over 5” mseg. I like measuring clamped and hard, that way I get a stiff measurement and will continue this type of measuring as I think it is more consistent.
