So Much Extra Skin

So as the title implies I have a lot of extra skin on my penis. Even when I’m erect I can pull it up over the glans even though I’m circumcised. This gets really annoying when I’m jelqing for two reasons: 1) There’s even more skin to deal with because I’m not at full erection so the skin is looser and 2) it makes it feel like I’m not getting the full benefit of each stroke. Does anyone else have this problem and, if so, how should I deal with it?

Since I know people will ask, I do 10 minutes of wet jelqs with an underhanded grip.

I have a very similar foreskin situation. I’ve been dealing with it two ways:

1. I put a produce rubber ban around my balls before I start. I really helps get skin out of the way.

2. I’ve adjusted my technique. I jelq very slowly (5+ second strokes) with just one hand, while using the other to hold things tight. Then I switch grips and active hands every so often (I’m not very systematic about it).


Why the Smithsonian? Because you could walk around it for a week and not see the whole thing.

I have the same issue when jelqing when my I reach the point under glans I go to start with my other hand and when I deals a my top hand my extra skin hinders a good jelq so I do the same make a v with my fingers at the base holding the skin and penis in place and jelq with the other hand sometimes I feel as if it does complicate the jelq so I do more reps

If you have “extra” skin, then you should have no problem doing dry jelqs. Dry jelqs will work what you need to expand without the burst capillaries that wet jelqing causes for some of us.

I do something similar using metal scrotum rings or circular x-section split weights. Certainly pulls the skin back but also gets the balls out of the way. Found that helpful both during pumping and using an extender.

Hey, can you elaborate on the things you mentioned? I don’t have THAT much extra skin but when with one hand i keep the skin&balls low, jelqing feels better, like the smithsonian said. I want to do two-hand jelqs though, so i am looking for a device that can do the same to my balls as my one hand.
