I am currently in a jelqing&pumping routine, but for the life of me I can’t get a certain way to do it. I need help from people that had success with this routine to help me realize the optimum way to approach it aNd therefore gain.
I own a certain waterpump two functional hands and my sole purpose is to gain girth, currently on 13.95cm 18hours after 15min pump session.
However I alternate my routine so much because I am constantly questioning the effectiveness of my routine.
Do I waterpump erect? For how long?
How many jelqs? Do I jelq before or after pumping?
Do I pump/jelq in sets or all at once?
Is an OK grips that doesn’t come in contact with the dorsal vein good or should I try another grip?
Is it okay to pump 6 days a week but jelq&pump for 2on/1off?
Any other advice you veterans have?

For how long or how much is something that only you will know, anatomically speaking we are all different (body responses to an exercise).

Start pumping with your penis erect and only split your exercises in sets if they are hours-long. In your case, those 15 minutes should be done without splitting in sets.

At jelqing, you should focus your grip at the sides of your penis, targeting more both CC. Just don’t apply too much pressure at the top and on the bottom of the penis.

My approach is to rest at least 3 days per week (currently doing 4 days per week). Remember that our bodies are different and somehow few people heal faster than others.
