So many questions I don't know what to do

I am definitely new, as most of you could probably tell by now. But for some time, I have been worried with a few issues. Theres quite a list so I would really appreciate it if you could take the time to try to answer at least one of the questions and then maybe if everyone pitches in it might help out more.
First I would like to say this forum seems very helpful.. A lot of people here seem friendly and like all they really want to do is help. I think that is awesome.
Okay so here are a couple of my issues:
1. I think I may have ED. I am 20 years old and yes, I lost my virginity this year. The first time my girl and I tried to do it I just really couldn’t keep it up. I had her suck on me for about a minute and that didn’t really help either. Maybe it was just nerves? She got on top for a little while WITHOUT a condom on and I was OKAY (just okay) for a little while. The second time we tried, she sucked me for a bit and it was a little better. I was actually somewhat hard. Then I put the condom on and got on top. I was okay while I was on top this time for about 7-8 minutes. I really just wasn’t feeling anything though? I don’t know the situation seemed surreal haha. Pussy on a pedestal anyone? I don’t really know! But when I had her get on top again, I lost it. This time a condom was on. I don’t know what the deal here is. Maybe she’s too loose and that is actually why I am here anyways, but there are many factors that could have gone into it. This includes the condom, my emotions and thoughts I suppose, and I don’t know, honestly. I am completely average. 6” long and 4.75 girth.
I guess my question here is, will PE help in any way with ED or no?
2. There are bumps on my penis. They have been there or a while. They are not visible when flaccid. When erect, you can’t really notice them unless you pull the skin. I have squeezed one of them before and an off whitish type of pussy liquid came out. They are not even close enough to be the size of pimples. Just wondering what they are. If I pull hard enough, you can also see them closer to the head as well.
3. I don’t know if I want to try hanging because I heard it can damage your penis. However, my penis is in like the 10:00 stage of the chart. When I am fully erect, I can’t even stretch it very far down. I know that means I would gain a lot from hanging but I was wondering if there were any alternatives that aren’t as dangerous, such as maybe continually stretching it down? I just don’t want it to be that high when I’m erect :o .
4. Last, what is the difference between wet and dry jelqing? I have a pretty complicated routine which I will mention below this question but after dry jelqing, I have noticed that my penis’s complexion is actually really nice. It looks more elasticy sort of and it’s overall color is nice. However with dry jelqing and stretching I am starting to get irritated. I actually have a cut now on the side so I’m wondering what are the benefits and disadvantages of wet vs. Dry.
For a newbie, my routine is quite long:
I will start by taking a shower around 12:00 to warm up.
In the shower I will:
Wet Jelq - 100
Wet Stretched Jelq - 100 (I rotate hands every 25)
After my shower and I get dressed, etc. I will come back to the room and 30 minutes later I will do:
About a minute or two of manual stretches. Down as far as I can. Keep in mind that I don’t get as hard as I should unless I jack off for about five minutes. I also go sideways left and right to help pull the ligaments. Sometimes I will count, sometimes I will just do it until it hurts.
Dry Jelq - 100
Then I will do some type of flapping technique. I read one on here but sometimes I can’t get myself hard enough and so I just wing it and flap it all over the place while stretching at the same time, left and right, up and down.
I will then do the fowfer and sit on it for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, I will stop and get up to give my penis a rest because quite frankly, sometimes it hurts! Then I sit back down for the next 10 minutes.
Then I will do the jelq stretch for 100. Switching off hands every 25.
Then I will do the flapping again.
Then I will do the fowfer again for 20 minutes.
I repeat the above once more. So I do 200 dry jelqs, and 200 jelq stretches, and 80 minutes of fowfer.
I will end my routine with my version of the Ulistretch because I think I am doing it wrong. I will take my hand and do a regular dry jelq. Then I will squeeze five times when I get and engulf the head.
Then I do another flapping, I stretch once more, and then warm down with a hot wrap.
