When i was around 18-20, I can last very long and can do multiple times and my orgasms were so great. Now, it’s not so great anymore and I can’t last as long anymore. I find myself going soft so fast after the first ejaculation and it doesn’t feel as intense and great anymore as before. What could be wrong? I mean, i still crave for sex a lot and can get horny very easily…but sex just doesn’t feel the same anymore…

I did an extensive research/review and came across that vigrx is the best, so i ordered 3 bottles ($155). Just got them today….It’s worth a shot I guess….Plus I’m gonna start PE-ing too..

Sounds like you are now over 18, thats whats wrong. PE will help to both improve erections (kegels and jelqing are good for this).

VigRX should help but there are expensive and contain not much different from Male Response at about $9 per bottle. Next time save your money and check out the supplements forum.

VigRX won’t increase the size of your penis.

i bought Vigrx not thinking it was actually gonna increase my size, but to give me back those good old times…and it wouldn’t hurt to see if any gains will be made too.. I’m 23 as of now.. Gonna take the pills + PE-ing daily too…

I second the recommendation to start doing kegels. Of course the other PE exercises are great, but make sure to kegel daily.

the thing with Kegels is that it seems as though i’m only contracting my anus. i know it sounds funny…. I know what it is and can do when i’m pee-ing or when i’m hard and move my cock up/down. For some reason, when i’m not pee-ing or is not hard, trying to do that will only contract my anus…

When I first encountered kegels I would only do them when erect as it was annoyingly difficult soft and didn’t feel the same. Just keep practicing and it will come.

I still don’t do kegels though, but here we have some very senior members recommending it.

Does anyone have a good baseline routine to follow? I was thinking of going for 5 second clamps and do maybe 20 in a set, once or twice a day.

Is that too little?
