So I've been stretching for about 2 months now.


So I've been stretching for about 2 months now.

I’ve been trying to gain length only, and I currently live in a living room so I cannot jelq. I started at 7 BPEL and am still the same 2 months later. I’m not really sure if flaccid gain has increased, because it always shrinks etc. But it does look noticeably thicker and longer sometimes.

My basic stretching routine is all of the typical movements, up to the left, and the right and middle. Straight out, left right center, straight down, left, right, center. Straight up, left, right, center, BTC center, right, left. And all around rotation. Typically my sessions last from 3-5 minutes. I count pretty fast. I also do not warm up.

So after 2 months, the only thing I’ve noticeably gained is morning erections, random erections, harder penis. What can I do to actually make good gains besides from jelqing?

Hi buchfire, 2 months is a pretty short period of time when it comes to PE. I guess the better erection is a good news , but try to avoid shrinking. It is best that your penis heal while extended so the tissues regenerate in that new state.

When your penis will already be well conditioned to PE , you could do more advanced technique such as the V Stretch, Fowfer or even hanging.

Maybe pump in the shower. If possible get a more private living situation?

If possible, even just a 5 minute warm up would likely be beneficial as it puts the tissues in a state more conducive to stretching and it’s benefits. Also, have you tried jelqing in the shower? Even just like 30 jelqs or something could be helpful and would only take a few minutes at most. Where there is a will, there is a way, you just have search for it.

I feel that none of my stretches are effective unless I’ve properly warmed up first. I (and many others) believe that a PE routine isn’t effective without a proper warmup. To that end, I find a sock filled with rice is easy to hide.

Started (6-10-12) BPEL: 7.000", NBPEL: 6.0" EG: not certain

Current (10-20-13) BPEL: 7.75", NBPEL: 6.375", EG: 4.875"

Goal: NBPEL: 7.5", EG: 5.5"

Now that is an honest opinion!

Without sounding too much like an ass, your routine is pretty weak for you to be expecting results after only two months. I have been at this for about 4 months now, and don’t even bother measuring because I know growth comes slowly. And I devote 2 hours per day 7 days a week to hanging. Improve your living situation before you worry about your dick. It doesn’t matter how big it is if you have to bring ladies home to your buddy’s couch.

Try stretching at the shower with warm or hot water while showering, since you live in the living room try hanging or stretching and of course nothing beats jelquing but since your time is short I guess at the shower you can jelq for at least 10 minutes and follow hanging or stretching. Trust me it works also vary with a bathmate, also you can split the workouts morning,afternoon,before bed too is just a matter of you finding time and dedication

You need at least 2 minutes stretching each direction for a length routine. I just found one of my old routines on another pe site where I was doing 5 minutes each direction with 100-200 quick wet jelqs and that was all. About a quarter inch a month if memory serves me right.

To the people saying this routine isn’t that great I thought I’d show my results which I have noticed. I measured myself today and have gained 0.5 in length (BPEL), I’m not sure what my girth originally was, But I was a 6 when I checked just now. I now come in at 7.5 BPEL when fully erect. It still looks a little small to me but maybe that’s because I think it’s small?

About the original post I was actually ‘eying’ my penis, as in I thought I didn’t gain but I guess I actually did. I should also note that I do add some bathmate into my routine but not very often. I used it religious for about 2-3 weeks but after that only a few times here and there. So I don’t contribute that at all to my gains. I have only warmed up maybe 5-7 times in my entire 2+ months of PE.

How do I accurately measure NBPEL? I cannot seem to do it for the life of me. I attempted to take a picture but when I tried to take the picture my tape actually cup my meatus and bled for about 10 minutes. Going to try to get another picture later on.

Even a bit of jelqing in the shower would help.

There’s a proper way to measure BPEL? Really now? I don’t see whats so hard about pressing a tape/ruler against your bone and getting an erection. None the less when I measured my penis when I started I was a 7 BPEL. Needless to say you can see I’ve been peing since April, just not religiously as I have been the past 2 months. So I’m technically on my 4th month. None the less, I’m not here to make bullshit claims, or to lie about shit that isn’t going to affect anyone here. So, I will post a picture when my Meatus is healed (getting an erection right now makes me bleed)
