So I've been stretching for about 2 months now.
I’ve been trying to gain length only, and I currently live in a living room so I cannot jelq. I started at 7 BPEL and am still the same 2 months later. I’m not really sure if flaccid gain has increased, because it always shrinks etc. But it does look noticeably thicker and longer sometimes.
My basic stretching routine is all of the typical movements, up to the left, and the right and middle. Straight out, left right center, straight down, left, right, center. Straight up, left, right, center, BTC center, right, left. And all around rotation. Typically my sessions last from 3-5 minutes. I count pretty fast. I also do not warm up.
So after 2 months, the only thing I’ve noticeably gained is morning erections, random erections, harder penis. What can I do to actually make good gains besides from jelqing?
