So, is there a definitive 'best length method' yet

I understand that there is a lot of patience and discipline involved in PE. And that’s great because I’m in this for the long haul. I am lucky enough to be considered very girthy. I am not long by any means whatsoever. I have a BPEL of 7” and a NBPEL of 6.” I really want to focus on length for a few years with the hopes of achieving an 8” NBPEL.

So jelq more? Hang more? Pump more? Does anyone have a length specific routine?

I’m very much a newbie here and would love to know. I’m not really looking for a ‘quick fix.’ I am looking to get that length in the most efficient way humanly possible.

Hanging is the only thing that worked for me. I guess stretching could work but I can’t hold stretch for 2 hours a day. If you decide to go for hanging, you need to educate yourself and not just blindly hang weights and hope for growth.

Hanging plus ADS is what I’d say, due to the constant (yet not unbearable) tension you’re putting your penis under.


Start (May 2011) 5.75 BPEL x 4.7 MSEG - (1 Year) 7.2 BPEL x 5 MSEG - (Current (17months)) 7.5BPEL x 5.2MSEG

Goal: Something Monstrous.

The best method is the one that requires the least amount of force and still produces gains for YOU. I personally would say that if length is your primary concern, start with the newbie routine and just swap it up so you spend more time stretching than jelqing. Best thing you can do is spend a week soaking up information before you start.

Your genius advice is to read a bunch of articles which don’t specifically mention length gains?

I think his point was that there’s no new groundbreaking “this will guarantee everyone in the world that does it will gain length” method that we’ve been hiding from everyone, waiting for your post to finally talk about. There’s no secret, quick, guaranteed method that works for everyone. If there was, there wouldn’t be a forum, there wouldn’t be different exercises, techniques and methods and thousands of devices. There would just be one page on the internet that said “do this”, underneath a picture of a guy with a 38 inch dick.

All the info’s out there, and a lot of the process is experimenting, learning, reading and finding the method(s) that works best for you. The newbie routine is about as close as there is to a tried and true routine that has a great chance of producing gains.

The other side to this whole coin is there a lot of examples of guys that gain length from what are considered girth routines and guys that gain girth from doing primarily what are considered length routines. No one can really say what will work best for you as an individual.

That being said, I got my best length gains from the newbie routine with warmups, increasing the stretching time gradually, and incorporating jelqing. I’ve been stuck for quite some time as I hit diminishing returns around the 6 month mark and am currently experimenting with hanging to try to break the plateau. I have not had much success so far, but will continue for a little longer before trying something new.

I started PEing a year ago.. I only did it for a week then stopped entirely.. Now I’m feeling more dedicated and really excited to officially begin.. Hoping for at least an inch + within a few months. Wish me luck!


Start: 6.4 x 5.1

Current: 6.5 x 5.5

Long Term: 8x6

Follow the advice & read. Take the penis inventory. Then do newbie routine for 3 months. This will condition your dick so that you are ready for more advanced exercises. Watch your PI’s and EQ. I did not do this initially.. Overdid it, had great gain then an injury that set me back significantly. Trust me, you do not want an injury. Aside from the trauma you will lose the quick gains. After 3 months, you should have some very nice gains and will have a good idea what works for you. PS - don’t do any PE without a good warm-up.

I have Been doing PE for about 6 months now and I used an extender for about 5 months and have seen about an inch in gains. But I have just started hanging for about a month and have seen about 1/2 inch just hanging so in my opinion hanging has helped me more.

Bamm - it is good you are in it for the long haul. DO spend some time reading. I think everyone who is serious about PE should start with 20 hours of reading here. It’s not too much to ask, really. And you can be doing Fowfers while you read, so it’s good all around!
