So I have been Jelqing.

So I have been Jelqing.

For about 2 months now, and I have been seeing gains.

However, the skin at the base of my penis is getting really irritated, red bumps that looks like acne. It hurts when I jelq multiple days in a row. Anyone know if there is a creme or something I can use to counteract this?

Also, I have only been jelqing, is there anything else I should be doing, maybe in the shower afterwards?

You can stretch if you would like to, but if jelqing works fine, it isn’t necessary

I jelq with some water based lubrication. I mean Jelqing works, but it could always work better you know : ) Which stretches would you recommend, and can they be done in the shower?

What are you using to jelq? I recommend sorbolene (perhaps you can get one with aloe vera or something), it’s cheap too.

Also if you are shaving down there make sure to not use old razors, possible go over the shaved area the next time you’re in the shower with a shower wash cloth thing to help try stop hair follicles getting infected.

I’m not in USA, but this one has Water, Glycerin, Benzoic Acid, Phenoxyethanol and some other stuff. I don’t know what else I should use, but I doubt its thats fault. I may need to shave before every time?

What I use is grape seed oil. It’s great and eatable (could be good when workout is before sex, etc.). I’ve never had any bumps or skin irritation.

It should be quite cheap. I got it for about 20PLN per 500ml (about 3,8euro). The “Monini” 500ml bottle should be good for couple of months jelqing.

In this option shaving isn’t necessary, but it’s good to be shaved here and there- better looks.

P.S. About stretches, I recommend fulcrums. If interested, search threads about Mem rapid gain mechanism and tricks and tips for manual stretching.

If you’re not shaved well you can be pulling the hairs with the jelq, used to happen to me in the past.

Now I only do reverse grips jells though, much more effective imho and that problems solved.

Kinda sounds like ingrown hair. Try some razor bump ointment. Couldn’t hurt.. I guess. Not sure. Better read the instructions to make sure it’s okay to put on your private parts. I use evening primrose oil. I’ve yet to have anything like that. Plus, a little bit of oil goes a long way. I buy one bottle and it’ll last me a year.

That’s interesting. What made you choose grape seed oil? What are the benefits?

I’ve been at it with the Newbie Routine for a couple of months now and I have t seen any gains in length/girth. My positive PIs are better flaccid hang. I’ve been warming up with the simple stretch routine and doing JIA stretches at the end. Would recommend I try some of the cop rum stretches in Mem’s rapid gains or is it too soon?

I have chosen it, because it doesn’t have any smell or nasty taste, it’s neutral to skin and (the main reason) is a good lube. Maybe some vitamin E content can be beneficial, I don’t know.

Second question is quite hard to answer. Maybe these could help:

-couple of months is enough to try fulcrum stretches
- PI’s are good, but there aren’t any gains. This could be undertraining. You could do too short workout. Try to experiment, if longer/harder workout can give PI’s and obviously gains.
- I am not a veteran of JAI’s, but in theory, these are something like dynamic stretches. For me, better are long hold static stretches- best example is fulcrum stretch.
- I recommend fulcrums in Mem’s idea, because:
they are quite risk-free,
gave me most of my length and some girth gains (I suppose I’m hard gainer),
allow you to be warmed, relaxed and stretched for long periods.

Keep in mind, there aren’t any “holy rules that you must to do”. But I sincerely recommend two manual exercises- dry jelqs and fulcrum stretches. Simple, not so risky and effective.

I use raw coconut oil! It makes wonders and it’s very healty in many ways. Try it! it’s the best oil I have tried so far and I’m so pleased with coconut oil that I don’t need anything else.
