So far so good
I’ve been doing P.E. For over two years, and been through some up and downs. Now I can see the hard work paying off, just wish I didn’t stop doing for 6 months, the ex wife didn’t care much for me and there was no more flame there either. I left that mess a little over a year now, with someone that supports me and encourage me to continue my workouts. I’m a little over 7in. And just under 5in. A lot better when I started in 2012. I’ve been doing stretches 5 min. Then 50 dry jelq, rest for 5min, then 20 kegels hold for 3 sec., then lube up with baby oil with aloe and vitamin E (does wonders and great for a faster recovery), one handed jelq 5 sets of 20 5sec. Stroke down, then finish off with an elastic band at the base of the shaft at 70prec. Erect hold for 10min then release for 3min for blood flow (x2). It really works for me, but not for everyday, I do this 2-3 times a week, then some times two weeks off for a really good rest. Now I made my own power jelq device and going to test it out for two months in my workouts,(hands been hurting and mess free), cheap to make too! Now trying to convince my girl to let me get a pump, but keeps saying no! Go Figure, we all heard that “you’re ok, you don’t need that!’, but yet gets excited that I’m getting bigger, to everyone that is thinking about giving up, don’t do it! Keep on going, but don’t hurt yourself in the process, Jelq on strong!
