I think I finally got it…
I would always try to workout and my attempts would always be short winded. Something would go wrong that would completely discourage me whether it was fatigue, trouble getting erections, tiny flaccid, etc. I tried the normal newbie routine, a 50 jelq routine, a 300 jelq routine, none of it worked! Now I think I finally figured it all out!
I’ve been doing my exercises in the shower, so I warm up with a hot rag and then I do 15 second stretches (down, out, up, right, left). I’ll do about 3 sets of these, but I’ll make sure to not pull too hard. I think when it came down to fatigue and tiny flaccids, a lot of it had to do with stretching too hard. I might try to take these up to 30 seconds soon, but I’m not sure yet. After that I start jelqing, and I think I finally found how it actually works, lol. Depending how my penis feels I’ll do 150-200 jelqs. I’ll stay pumped for a little after the workout, maybe 5 or 10 minutes. The thing is, the next day, my flaccid hangs a lot lower and has a stretchy feel to it. This just feels right.
Anyway, I’ve been at it this way for about 2 to 3 weeks, and everything feels like it’s finally working! I’m going to measure today after the gym and see where I stand. I started around 7x4.5. I did a shoddy measurement last night and was still pretty much in this area. I’ve been using a tape measure, to take into account my downward curve. The only problem with that is that I can’t do BPEL like I could with a ruler.
All in all, I’m extremely happy, and I hope the gains start coming soon!
