My length routine: a few single 1-minute fulcrum stretches a day. Yes, that's all.

What are your gains?


7-20-16: BP: 7.63 NBP 6.75 x 5.75

3-22-17: BP: 8.44 NBP 7.56 x 5.75

I’ve gain just barely under an inch in length and .5 in girth. So now I’m just shy on 8in long and I’m 6in in girth.

Have you been running the newbie routine?

Yeah and thanks! Some newbie to newbie advice? Stick to it don’t lose faith! Take a starting pic and Take pics ones a month, many from the same angles every time with ruler. Because your brain will tell you noway it’s not working then you go back and look at old pics and measurements and smile!

I am truly and honestly amazed how this works!

How did you go about the newbie routine, did you start with 5 min stretch and 10 min jelq? Did you increase the time over these 3 months?

Yep 5min warm up 5min stretches 10min jelqs

Then worked up to 5min warm up 10min stretches and 20min jelq. And I’m still on that.

The more I do it the more I learn my on body’s level of intensity I can handle.

I actually love doing it!

Okay, thanks :) Sounds similar to my plan even though I’m still at 5+10 min.
Starting with the basics and increasing slowly as needed I think is a sound start.

Yeah the newbie routine isn’t bad at all. Not a big time investment at all either.
