Yes I have Sosa t the past 3 days reading trying to get a basic understanding g of PE. But so far I’m more confused than ever. So I will just ask my questions here.
For length gains should I use an extender (have an x4labs on the way) and jelqing? Or should I do some hanging too?
For girth will an extender work as well or do I need to do hanging?
I read somewhere that if the penis is in a semi erect state if you jelq then it adds to girth but if it is erect it adds to length? Is this true.
Please help me get started
