So apparently doing too much too fast will cause you to lose gains.
I posted a thread a week ago where I reported that I had lost a half an inch from overstretching. It DID come back after 3 off days, I’m glad to report :) But, I recently read a thread where this guy really dedicated himself by wearing an extender for 8 hours during the day and like 2 hours of stretching at night as a beginner, then gradually slowed down, and he gained about 2 inches in 5 months. And I know this is the newbie forum, which is all I’m allowed to post in, but if there’s any experienced gainers out there reading this, who have gained about an inch or an inch and a half, I want to know if they suffered any losses like I have during their journey like I did, and in the end is it a better decision to overwork like that guy that I read about did, even though I saw some loss? Because I am definately am in a position to do the same as he did, and willing
