I posted a thread a week ago where I reported that I had lost a half an inch from overstretching. It DID come back after 3 off days, I’m glad to report :) But, I recently read a thread where this guy really dedicated himself by wearing an extender for 8 hours during the day and like 2 hours of stretching at night as a beginner, then gradually slowed down, and he gained about 2 inches in 5 months. And I know this is the newbie forum, which is all I’m allowed to post in, but if there’s any experienced gainers out there reading this, who have gained about an inch or an inch and a half, I want to know if they suffered any losses like I have during their journey like I did, and in the end is it a better decision to overwork like that guy that I read about did, even though I saw some loss? Because I am definately am in a position to do the same as he did, and willing

I have no idea of the thread you quote but check to see if the guy is stil posting. Very often they fade out.

Apart from that You would be veru foolish to copy a routine like that. Just take the Newbie Routine for a month or two and see if you make gains iIf so carry on until the gains slow, then consider a mechanical device. You have a waring with the loss of length. Do take it seriously . You were luckuy it came back quickly some guys have to take a month off whne they overdo things. A#nd your luck may not always hold.

No harm in being the tortoise against the hare :)

Think in terms of stretching your hamstrings. If you push too hard, it pulls back on you and you can actually get tighter. If you gently stretch, you can lengthen it. Its a bit different for everyone…some can relax through a hard stretch and benefit, some need to go much slower.

Its very much like that with PE. You push your dick too hard, it will react negatively. You need to find out what “just right” is for you. I wrote the EQ and PI threads to help guys figure out YOUR proper amount.
