So, after a week

After a week of Jelqing, and stretching, it’s normal to not see any results, correct? Maybe by the end of the month gains will be more prominent?

Or do I need to switch up my routine?

Or perhaps I just take longer than the average to gain?.

Actual gains (other than an improved erection quality) after just one week are very unusual. Just stick to the newbie routine as outlined — and don’t take measures every week.

Hi. Nearly 3 weeks here. I notice only now that my penis has more pronounced veins, that my erections feel stronger and thicker. I am only measuring once a month, so not too long until I find if this translates to gains. I do the newbie routine on Mondays and Tuesdays, and then on the Thursday and Friday, and I notice that things look bigger on the Monday after 2 days rest. So I think it is not a case of switching up (for me anyway) but going at a nice easy pace and being in it for the long haul as the more senior members recommend.

That’s the way to do it. Your newbie experiences are almost identical to mine.
