Hey everyone. I wanted to know for those of you that stopped smoking cigarettes while you were PE’ing. Did you notice any immediate(1-4 weeks) positive effects on your penis? Besides better EQ, did you gain at all? Did you gain quicker after stopping? I am a light smoker. 1 pack can last me 3-4 days but I really want to quit not just for PE but just because smoking is bad my health in general. I just want to know how it would affect my PE.

I’m not a heavy smoker, so I can’t tell you the effects of quitting, but I can tell you that any time I smoke, my dick does not get 100% hard. It’s a simple A+B equation - Smoke + Me = Limp dick. I don’t know if you want more, but that’s my experience.

I smoke. I’m not proud of it but I do. I want to quit soon. Since I started PE, I also did weight training 2 times per week, and cardio 2-4 times per week. I’m hoping this offsets some of the downsides of smoking, in relation to PE and bloodflow.

I quit because one day I smoked cigis and fucked my girl, and my dick didn’t go that hard even though I was horny! I stopped the next day I swear! I have been off for a year and 1 month. I also used to be a chain smoker and been smoking for 2 years +.

I smoke weed, I wonder it it has the same effects, I used to light up almost everyday, but now I smoke once a week at most and average at once a month.

Well just the fact that it causes constriction of capillaries should hint to it’s effects on PE in terms of proper blood flow and oxygen rich repair. I smoked cigarettes for 27 years and can attest to it’s effects on overall loss of size. The only time that I remember measuring was around 14 and I was just over 7” NBP. I would guess by 23-24, I was bigger yet. By the time I started to PE, I was just barely hitting 6” NBP.

I was always a bigger kid than others in grade school. By Jr. High, I was skinny and not very muscular, while most of my friends were thicker, heavier and overall more masculine.

Smoking cigarettes is probably the single most counter-productive act you could perform in regard to PE or weight training. We rely on transport of oxygen and nutrients via good blood flow for repair of stressed or “damaged” tissue as well as good circulation to eliminate turtling.

I don’t smoke, but get my nicotine from dipping tobacco, and I can never get a 100% erection (except in the morning). I did a search and realized nicotine actually retracts blood vessels and hinders blood flow - thus causes bad erections. I’ve decided to quit this crap now to get the most benefit out of my PE.

Jolly good show mate! I still smoke a pipe, but in the words of our former commander in chief, I don’t inhale!

I smoked for 33 years and quit a little over 2 years ago. I’m now 50 years old and I wish I had quit long long ago. Guys, smoking not only kills your circulation which effects your member but also causes so much more problems with everything in your body. Sure, my unit is a lot better but is also bigger and some has to do with not smoking. I think I last much longer too. Quiting smoking is the best thing I ever did for myself, period. Once you get all that nicotine out of your system you really do feel so much better. There is no way I would ever go back.

I wish the best of luck to all those that smoke and want to quit. You can d it if you just make up your mind that you really really don’t want to smoke anymore. Stop hanging around places where people smoke. Stop anything that reminds you that you need a cigarette.
