Smaller Flaccid Than the Day Before.

I woke up today, did my exercises, and afterwords my flaccid was smaller than the day before. I jerked off, and my erection was alright, but I didn’t last long, and it was slightly smaller than teh night before. This occured at around 2:00pm. I feel like something is taking away my gains. Cuz one day I’ll be bigger than ever before, and the next, back at my original size. Does any members know of how your penis can mysteriously shrink?

I’m still in the newbie forums cuz i have gained very little in 6 months. Any advice? I want to be out of these forums and into members forums soon. I’ll never give up though. But i feel liek I’m beating my cock senseless with exercises, that right now, i gain from and then teh gains dissappear. And I have this crazy vision of my friend turned enemy when it happens, its fucked up.

Help???

My flaccid gets smaller if I squeeze too hard when I jelq. Maybe lighten up on the pressure?

Overworking is a good way to get shrinkage - in my experience, a smaller flaccid means overworking or underworking, stress or fear/anxiety. In your case, it sounds like overworking.

On another subject. How the heck do you know when your overworking? does that mean take an off day tomorrow. Or just go easy. God damn, this is vevry confusing. And gator. I’m not even jelqing just stretching. I might be squeezing too hard while stretching.

Plump and “tired” after PE is good. Retraction and “kind of hurts” isn’t good.

Thanks. I think I’ve read that thread about 10 times now though hahaha. I think cuz I’m only average girth. I seem to hurt my weiner alot easier. Its hard to figure out how hard to pull when you stretch and what not. Ahh.

Check your PIs (Physiologic Indicators). Negative PIs indicate overwork.

If you experience negative PIs, you should rest until they go away and then restart PE with lighter session. Start light and gradually increase session time/intensity for as long as there are neither positive nor negative PIs. When you start getting positive PIs there is no need to modify your routine until you get no more gains from it.

Overworking is a surefire way to wind up with a scared, retracting dick. So back off the intensity.

Other than that, boys, I just found out that I had a terrible stomach ache. And after emptying my intestines, guess what came back to its large and happy size? Mr. happy did.

Why do so many guys use “teh” instead of the word “the” in forums? Always wondered about that.

Its because our fingers get ahead of our brain and we don’t use spell check. I make that mistake as well. Only I try to use spell check.

Dang it guys.

Here I am again. A routine I’ve done for 2 weeks doesn’t seems to have an effect on my dick. It looked smaller today than usual. I think I’ve conceded teh fact that I’m a hard gainer. Why should I even go on. I haven’t gained in like 4-5 months, anything. I’m afraid to even measure. It looks like it’s getting smaller.

I have 2 choices.

1. Take an off day tomorrow.
2. Force myself to work even harder than before.

I feel like stopping, It’s been months and I haven’t seen a gain.

Maybe I’ll switch to clamping or hanging, or maybe I’ll just stop all together.

I accidentally came trying to do light dry jelqs, and it seems like this is putting me behind.

Damn it, I wish this would work for me like everyone else.
Currently my routine is 25 minutes or stretching, every morning, straight out pulls, BTW stretch, kind of doing the splits and stretching, straight up, V stretches, a stretches, OTL stretches. Nothing seems to be working.
I’m doing 4-5 days on 1 day off.

Looks like I’ll have to move to clamping or stretching.
I’m open to any advice.
I’m not going to quit because this has worked for so many people.

Could stress have something to do with this, I have been having trouble with some people lately, or maybe it’s my upset stomach. When I had to shit it seems so cut the blood flow off to my penis temporarily, anyone else experience this? Should I PE before or after I eliminate my waste of it cuts off the blood in the morning? Currently I PE as soon as I wake up in the morning
I just want to see a .1 gain, and I’ll keep going. But I’m scared to measure because it looks smaller than before. :( . I’m going to measure the beginning of may. If I haven’t gained by then I gotta stop.

If your dick is looking smaller to you then you are probably over doing it. Make sure you are doing a good warmup with heating pad, warm wrap, or heat lamp, etc. I would decrease amount of time spent on stretching, throw in some wet jelqing with your stretches. If you are stressed out it can affect gains imo. Try taking a supplement like rhodila rosea and also arginine and pycnogenol. Rosea it is suppose to help deal with stress and arginine helps circulation and eq, and pycnogenol is suppose to keep blood flow normal even during stressful times (from what I have read). I would suggest to stay relaxed with pe and don’t rush gains. Just think that you have all year long to make gains so don’t think about getting gains week to week.

Stress I definitely an enemy to PE. It will steal the focus away from what your trying to do and thus not give you the full score.

I always prepare myself and try to be as relaxed and focused as possible - I’m even planning on starting meditation. Physical exercise, strength and conditioning will give you better blood circulation and of course a stronger and more fit body, - which will also benefit your mental health. Drop the junk food, eat fish, bread (loaf is not bread), vegetables, fruit, rice, etc.. This will make your PE gains stronger.
