Alright guys. I have a smaller than average shlong. I have a 4.5x4 hardon. I’ve been having major insecurities about my size lately. I’m sure a lot of you guys are a lot larger than me but if there are any of you with the same size, some stories or words of encouragement would be great. I’m thinking about doing PE, but I’m still gaining information about the entire process due to my fear of injuring it from wrong practices. Any other information or tips regarding sex with a small penis or PEing witha small sword would be much appreciated.


Start off by jelqing. The basic exercise will inure your penis in not being injured in the future.

Consistency is the key. Just stick to the routines and you’ll see gains in no time. While you are doing the newbie routine, read up on the older threads. There is a ton of good information on this site.

My advice to you is start slowly at low intensity, learn how your penis react to different exercise. Do lots of research, you can never know too much.
Also as Corvo pointed out, stick to your routine and be consistent. Measurement will tend to fluctuate along the way, do not take the down ones as a set back.

The best words of encouragement I can give you is that PE works but you can’t give up on it. I honestly don’t know what I started at but when I lost my virginity about 15 years ago I was definitely much smaller. I estimate I could have been 5.5 EBP and maybe 4.5 or less girth. In fact my glans never even fully enlarged ever. Before I lost my virginity I kept apologizing to the girl, who had a lot of experience, that I had a small penis. After we had sex she said I wasn’t really small and that it was really good. I then found out that I lost the regular sized condom in her and we had to fish it out. But we dated for a while with a very active and satisfying sex life for her. 10 years ago I bought a novelty pump and pumped the crap out of my penis and at that time I think I may have hit 6.25 or 6.5 in the pump.(Not recommended to pump the crap out of your penis. I just didn’t know better at the time) I stopped when I sucked a ball into the tube and freaked out. However, finally the glans would enlarge with an erection. At this point I figured I was pretty good on size and nver thought about enlargement again until an ugly divorce. I started with ED when I started lurking here about 7 or 8 months ago. Mainly psychological because of the divorce but also inactivity. I am now nearly 7 inches EBP and girth is 5 mid and 5.5 base. I wish I had exact measurements from 15 years ago but I have definitely enlarged so it is possible.

My advice is to stay safe and follow the newbie routine and be consistent and know that it works. Good luck.

Thanks guys for responding.just to make sure I’m doing everything kind of correctly. Correct me if I’m wrong in any step.this is what I’ve been doing for the past week.

1. I warm up with a moist hot/warm towel for 5 min (avoiding the scrodum).

2. I use the O grip (thumb and pointer) at the base of my flacid penis and then I stretch it as far is it will comfortably go. I stretch it to the left and to the right, up, and down (each one I hold for about 30 seconds). I usually prop my leg up onto the sink counter when I pull down.

3. If my penis is not comfortably warm after the stretch I wrap it again for a little while.

4. I apply some lotion. Vaseline. Or ky gel onto my 50-80% penis. I jelq using the downward O grip (pointer and thumb are pointing downward and my palm is also pointing downward). I start at the base of my penis withone hand and push forward to the head, but releasing right before the grip reaches the head. Before my first hand even reaches the head my second hand is already O gripping the base. As my first hand is leaving it’s grip my second grip is already making it’s way to the head. I make sure that my penis head is engorged with blood and I feel a slight tingle (due to too much blood) before releasing each grip. The jelqing process lasts for maybe a little more than 10 min.

5. I warm down using by taking a hot shower.

6 after the shower I stretch my flacid penis as far as it will go and I run cold water on it for awhile (I heard this helps concrete whatever gains you made throughout that session).

The biggest difficulty I have is keeping an erection while I jelq. At times I have to stop and force an erection again.

I’m also standing while I PE and each day I observe my penis for any negative or positive reactions.

I’ve tried to explain my PE process as best as I could. If there is something that I’m doing wrong or missing anything please tell me. I do not want to injure what I’ve got.

I started at very much same as your size never measured properly until I was really into PE, I did manual stretches and jelq consistently for about 2 months about 30 mins a day now I’m around 14cm x 12.2 cm. It works!

Be consistent but take it slowly and always watch out for PIs to avoid getting injured!

Your routine sounds good except two minutes of stretch time really isn’t much. I would keep it the same except maybe doing each direction multiple times each. You may also consider putting focus on down-right, down-left, and straight out directions. Once you become more accustomed to the routine I would also recommend v and fulcrum stretches.

Congratulations Iwish6. You have come to the right place. My penis is the same length as yours and maybe a bit larger in girth (4.7} I have lived with this package for 67 years. Trust me. I know all about your insecurities. Just reading through the threads in Thunder’s place should give you a lot of encouragement.

I have been doing PE for about 2 months. I have not yet seen any noticeable EL gains; however, my flaccid length and girth have definitely improved, at least as long as I continue PE.

I have also been pumping for a month and the temporary gains in girth are amazing. Try holding your own 5 x 5.25 penis in your hand. Significantly improves self confidence. (Unfortunately only lasts for an hour or two - at least for now)

There is also a web page I came across recently which is geared to us smaller guys. Unfortunately I can’t recall the exact address. It was sponsored by a UK clinic. If I can find it I will post it in a thread. Basically it explains that the first two inches of a vagina are the most important and also describes techniques and other information to help short guys.
