Thanks guys for responding.just to make sure I’m doing everything kind of correctly. Correct me if I’m wrong in any step.this is what I’ve been doing for the past week.
1. I warm up with a moist hot/warm towel for 5 min (avoiding the scrodum).
2. I use the O grip (thumb and pointer) at the base of my flacid penis and then I stretch it as far is it will comfortably go. I stretch it to the left and to the right, up, and down (each one I hold for about 30 seconds). I usually prop my leg up onto the sink counter when I pull down.
3. If my penis is not comfortably warm after the stretch I wrap it again for a little while.
4. I apply some lotion. Vaseline. Or ky gel onto my 50-80% penis. I jelq using the downward O grip (pointer and thumb are pointing downward and my palm is also pointing downward). I start at the base of my penis withone hand and push forward to the head, but releasing right before the grip reaches the head. Before my first hand even reaches the head my second hand is already O gripping the base. As my first hand is leaving it’s grip my second grip is already making it’s way to the head. I make sure that my penis head is engorged with blood and I feel a slight tingle (due to too much blood) before releasing each grip. The jelqing process lasts for maybe a little more than 10 min.
5. I warm down using by taking a hot shower.
6 after the shower I stretch my flacid penis as far as it will go and I run cold water on it for awhile (I heard this helps concrete whatever gains you made throughout that session).
The biggest difficulty I have is keeping an erection while I jelq. At times I have to stop and force an erection again.
I’m also standing while I PE and each day I observe my penis for any negative or positive reactions.
I’ve tried to explain my PE process as best as I could. If there is something that I’m doing wrong or missing anything please tell me. I do not want to injure what I’ve got.
