Hello everyone,

I want to start with giving my initial stats.

BPEL: 5,9
EG: 4,3

I’m doing the newbie routine for nearly two weeks now. I’m also wearing an extender phallosan forte (8 hours a day on average).

Obviously I’m not happy with my size. I’m hoping to improve and I’m willing to put in the time and effort that’s needed.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Derian. I’m basically the same stats as you. My main advice is perseverance and positive thinking. Try not to measure too often if it gets you down. Also take starting photos to compare with later. There’s no better motivation.

I wish you luck. Being in a similar boat id be happy to see you gain as it would give me hope.

Have you been using the extender before starting the newbie routine?

It isn’t recommended to use any devices or do intense routines before conditioning your penis properly. Doing the newbie routine for 3 months while increasing your exercises is one of the best methods and usually all that is needed to see initial gains. I’ve gained 1/4” in my first month working the newbie routine and adjusting it a bit after the first 2 1/2 weeks. I plan on using it through month 2 and post my results and if I don’t get any, I will adjust my routine then. I’m a big fan of doing the least amount as possible to get the maximum gain because my goal is not to see how long I can do exercises.

I have started using that extender about a week into the newbie routine.

I might be using it too early but I’m careful and quite desperate to see results. The extender I’m using is supposed to work with a soft stretch over long periods of time.

Desperation will be your downfall to great gains because you will be more subject to injury. Do you seriously want to damage your dick with the possibilities of EQ/ED issues because you didn’t have patience? This is a marathon not a sprint and if you are insistent on making it a sprint, you will almost guarantee to be a slow gainer.

Should I just stick to the newbie routine for a few month without the extender?

I know you don’t want to damage it but wanted to stress my point to really make you think. I have researched extenders myself and have one picked out if I ever decide to use one so I’m not against them at all. For me, I have decided to work on the newbie routine and modify it to my needs for the first 3 months. The plan is to continue using and modifying the routine until I do not see gains and then take a reconditioning break and start back up again with my modified routine. If no change in growth in a month or two then I will invest into an extender.

But that is me, I will still recommend that you avoid the extender for 3 months so you can properly condition your penis and then be able to maximize the extender’s effectiveness. If you do not see growth with the newbie routine in a month, tweak it. I measure every two weeks to see if I need a slight adjustment to the routine but I also monitor my PI to adjust my intensity/time of exercises.
