SMALL PENIS Would you care to share warming procedure

Panos, not 16 weeks before, 16 weeks from December. I can’t remember the exact workout. I think it was 20minute jelq followed by a 10minute stretch- didn’t work out too well. I guess I didn’t cement my length gains, jelqing at high erection levels, and or overtraining. The on that worked was 15minute stretch, 5minute circular stretch, 5minute jelq and hold, 5minute jelq. I used to gain about 0.25 by .2 inches every 6weeks. I did this routine for 12 out of the 16weeks that I PEed, the rest was with the other routine. Thanks

Well, if you are flaccid, and you press the ruler into your fat pad to measure your flaccid, then you would have your BPFL measurement wouldn’t you?

More commonly there is the BPSFL (Bone pressed stretched flaccid).

Hi mravg:

Thanks, but now I really am confused!

Yes, I have a fat pad. What would I call it when I measure by actually measuring the actual penis (outside the body and not stretching it) from the base to the end of the head, by pushing back the fat pad to fully uncover the external penis? Since I am not “stretching it” then I would not call it a BPSFL. Why would you want to measure a “stretched flaccid?”

Boy! Am I going to start doing some hard work at the gym to get rid of the blasted fat pad so I can so I can say my measurements are true BPFL.

Thanks again. Panos

Everyone does, more or less.

I assume you mean “uncover the INTERNAL penis”.

I would call it BPFL, as you did.

What my esteemed colleague Mr. Happy was driving at is that most people would measure their flaccid without bone pressing, (just measuring the external or visible penis), so that they just report FL (flaccid length), or you could call it NBPFL (non bone pressed flaccid length).

Well, Some guys do because gains in stretched flaccid can equate to gains in EL, and sometimes it is hard to be consistent measuring erect length if you have variable erection quality. Some guys also like to compare their BPSFL to their BPEL to see if the exercises they do are changing the difference between the two. For many guys, BPSFL is longer than BPEL. It is just another data point.

That is always a good idea, but you will most likely always have a fat pad. I don’t think I have heard anyone say they have zero fat pad. It is largely genetic, and even some really lean guys can have quite a bit of a fat pad.

Thanks mravg.
No, I mean my mini turtles, and all that shows is the head. If I pull my fat pad back (gently pressing it against my pubic bone - or let us say getting it out of the way) then there is a fairly nice penis that shows. Otherwise it doesn’t. Well, most of the time, anyway. So I measure it, actually I am not really pressing the ruler “into” the bone, I just measure the actual penis from where the shaft attaches to the body to the head. Not further in. May I call that BPFL, because I m not even talking about BPEL?
