Small patch of discoloration:

Hi,
I recently developed a small patch (about 1cm X 1cm) of dicoloration on my mid-shaft. The skin is significanly darker here and is shaped kind of like a small splat of ink. I have brought my PE almost to a halt (excluding kegals and the odd stretch) but after 1 week the discoloration is still there.

Are there anyways to speed up the proccess to get rid of the discoloration, or do i just have to wait this one out. Im afraid that i will lose some of my gains if i wait over a week without PE.

Your help would be appreciated :)

I’m not sure. I’ve heard that people can get permanent discolouration, but that’s maybe because they continue. I would wait to hear some advice before continuing with PE, or at least stick to ‘light’ PE.

I wouldn’t worry at this stage, grOx. Although not PE related, I’ve once had an equally large discolored spot on the mid-shaft (happened during a sports lesson at school some years ago). I waited like two weeks before it started to disappear. It’s also possible that you’ll even have to wait three weeks before you notice some improvement. But right now, no reason to worry for you I’d say.

NOTE: You’re right to not PE during your recovering period. As you can read here alot, you’ve only got one dick.

Its been neerly 3 weeks since i first posted on this topic and my discoloration is still there. Although it may have faded slightly it is still highly visible :(

Could this be perminent?

It’s a long shot, but you may try soaking a cotton ball in strong vinegar and hold it against the skin. I got a hickey a long time ago and this speed up the process.

I don’t think that this kind of thing is particularly uncommon but it is, nevertheless, quite worrying. I started my routine a month or so ago but then I had to take the last few weeks off due to a holiday and having to move back into university. I just re-started my routine this evening. I warmed up, did about 5 mins of stretches and then started my jelqs. I was planning to do 100 jelqs to ease myself in but after about 80 I noticed some discolouration on the underside of my shaft. The patch is about 1cm square and seems to be in the general area of quite a prominent vein, is this the case with yours?
The marking doesn’t seem too severe as I think I caught it quite early. The patch is a dull purple/brown tone and is slightly darker than the rest of my shaft. Personally, I’m going to do what you did and take a break in the hope that it will fade as the thought of permanent discolouration is quite worrying!
